This big dummy will probably get a lifetime ban from all fishing tournaments and possibly a permanent revocation of his Texas fishing license.

Honest anglers take fishing in general and tournaments in particular very seriously. Trying to cheat at a competition on the number one bass lake in Texas? This is one criminal I can truly point and laugh at.
