Rest in Peace little Jordan.

You should be alive and happy, just like you were meant to be. I'm so sorry.

My heart goes out to the family who are suffering great pain right now.

It is not, he was found between Lake, McMullin and Rosery.

I’ll try again to post the map, I keep getting a security error.
Rosery??????

Please remember that Websleuths is victim friendly and family are considered victims until or unless there is official information to the contrary.

One of the first threads I joined at WS years ago, the mother of a missing child was pretty much tarred and feathered by just about everyone UNTIL the actual perps were apprehended and charged/convicted with lst degree murder. Mom was a victim all along. Let's not go there again.

Bringing forward Sillybilly's reminder. I'm sure we will find out more at the 8:45 PM presser but so far LE has not named any suspects. Let's mind our p's and q's so the thread stays open, please? ;)

I realize the obvious is he is deceased. However, LE did not confirm that. They just said he was found and that would be all they would say.

This is very true. I kept waiting for that to be clarified but it was not. Obviously if he was not deceased a condition would have been given. However, it was hard though because when they didn't say he was deceased I did hope for a second before I realized that was not rational. We would have seen an ambulance leave long ago if he wasn't deceased.

They said he was deceased on the news.

The family did? But not the police? What?

I don't know if the police did. I just know a hysterical family member on the live feed said they had searched this area already.

Yes, they have. FDLE Tweeted:

UPDATE: THE AMBER Alert for Jordan Belliveau has been canceled. Sadly, the child has been found deceased.

They said he was deceased on the news.

Yes, the reporter said that. The law enforcement officer, did not. He said "Jordan has been found in the woods".

I had both channel 12 and channel 10 open. Channel 10 had gone down a couple of times so I wanted to make sure I had a back up if it went down again. So I just switched over. I always try and have two live feeds open for that reason. In her defense, the announcement was also early. She just got caught up in the emotion of the moment, she's human. No big deal.

I had both feeds open too thanks to you posting them both, lol. Good strategy! :D

And it was only about 20 seconds long, he didn't take any questions. I know it's not LE's job and they have more important things to do right now but they will often wait a minute to make sure all the press is there. They could have waited a minute for the reporters who have been reporting live and talking to family and friends all day. I feel bad for Channel 10 lady, she was on the scene all day.

Absolutely, she was the first one on the scene. She's been emotional covering the case from hour one. I feel bad for her as well. She got caught up watching the lady take the crowd from fighting to praying and just let time get away from her. It's as simple as that. She's human. She makes mistakes. This is not that big of a deal, really.

I was checking in to see any updates on darling Jordan. This is not the news I was hoping for but certainly not unexpected. Fly high sweet Jordan... you are now an Angel and free of all the pain. Too many babies who never had a chance makes my heart just ache

I think the male reporter was more to blame as he must have had something she needed to report with because she ran up to him and then back toward the briefing.
She more than likely would have liked to slap him. I know I wasn't feeling very kindly toward him.
But we all know the end result regardless of if it was caught on film. IMO

Amid strife, missing boy’s father says he doesn’t believe mother’s story

The elder Jordan Belliveau, 22, said from the porch of his home in Clearwater late Tuesday morning that he doubts that story and believes his ex-girlfriend knows where his son is.

Belliveau said they separated about three months ago. Court records show she and Jordan’s father have accused each other of domestic violence in the past.

"I don’t know what to think right now," Belliveau said, as police and other relatives searched for Jordan about four miles away. "They better bring me back my damn baby."

:(:(:(
Yes, he has been vocal about this on his FB. He seemed to have no doubt at all. The poor man.
