Authorities charged a woman and a teenage girl Tuesday with felony battery for allegedly pushing an 11-year-old boy riding his bicycle into busy Forest Hill Boulevard, where he was hit by a car earlier this month.
Monroe and Candelaria-Perez told police that the other girls were going to beat them up so they ran from them. They said they did not push the 11-year-old and that one of the bicycle wheels hit Monroes leg and the boy fell off the bike, according to the report.
