So sad and irresponsible....there was an accident in northern KS last year where a mom had all 3 of her daughters in the car with no seat belts on and then she drove through a country intersection right in front of another car! All three girls were ejected and 2 died at the scene and one in a hospital a couple of days later. The mom of course was protected by an air bag and lived. It is all so unnecessary and there is just no excuse at all....NONE.
