MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) - Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for 31-year-old who goes by the name Abby Savage.

Abby, born Tyler Shelledy, has not been in contact with family members since April.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is working with the family who lives in Iowa. Detectives say they do not believe they’re in danger.

Abby is 5-feet-8-inches and 175 pounds, and is known to hang around 14th Street West in Bradenton.

Oftentimes LGBTQIA people turn to substances to cope with not being able to live as their authentic self - she looks much better in the most recent photo in femme clothes than in the heartbreaking mugshots shared above. It's interesting that her family doesn't believe she's in danger but the police are still actively investigating, I wonder if there are more details that haven't been shared publcily yet.
