I hope I don't get "slammed" but why all of the animosity towards DM? As far as I'm concerned, innocent until proven guilty and some posters here are pretty much convinced she is very guilty. I can see how this is plausible, definately, but in her own defence-she IS posting here and seems genuinely outraged about all of the accusations!

This is confusing but I am assuming a theory is that DM took him for his money and... what, killed him? By herself? She has a criminal record that includes fraud but are we talking murder? She has written that Mr.Shakespeare has a shady past and that includes numerous associates who we don't even know about.

In a case like this one - LE needs to follow the money - and there is a lot of money involved. Criminal records and shady "business" transactions are huge red flags.

You're absolutely right, Abraham has some questionable friends, but his shady past, dangerous friends and child support issues have been brought up by only one person. And that person appears to have plenty of friends.

Bottom line - a man is missing - and under increasingly suspicious circumstances.

I'm not the one not looking for Abraham. You’re the one that's twisting my past and making it look bigger than it is. It's so amazing that in 37 years that's all that has happened to me and now your treating me like I'm a psycho that kills for money. You have got to be kidding me.

The 10,000.00 I have already put it aside. I let the people know that can actual find him. Since the newspaper did not post it. You can receive it but you’re never going to find him when all you have is me to look at. Some of you are really good. You know, I really do not appreciate those two statements, Ms. Moore. I do not appreciate it being stated that we are sick in the head. There are some very talented sleuthers on here that have begun to unravel a string of very questionable events involving Abraham's money and assets. Events, I might add, that needs to be looked at hard by LE and forensic accounting.

As far as you not having time to listen to it anymore, valid questions have been asked here that you will not answer. If you choose not to answer these questions, it only makes you seem like you are hiding something, IMO.

AND, I also do not consider looking deeply into the chain of events leading up to Abraham's disappearance wasting time. A man is missing under very questionable circumstances. You acquired his assets and are living in the last home he had. Looking to you for some answers seems very logical. A man is missing, Ms. Moore. He may or may not be alive. His mother needs and wants to know where her son is. So wasting our time? No, I don't think so.

When a case comes up here on WS, it is not sleuthed by private emails or asking people who are participating in this thread for Abraham to do private emails with you if we want to know the answer to certain things.

This thread is all about finding Abraham Shakespeare, not defending a person who wound up with all of his assets.

I don't know who else LE considers a potential suspect. They polygraphed DM and examined her home with luminol. The polygraph results haven't been made public. I don't know if they've polygraphed others.

As far as can be told, he didn't sign his property and receivables over to any of the other worms.

He may have shady friends, but to my knowledge, they are not the ones who are living in his million dollar house. They are not the ones who have gotten an order to get his money from his bank and whatever was in his safety deposit box. They are not the ones in possession of the outstanding debts owed to him. They did not open a company in his name without making him an officer of that company. They are not the ones who said that he was planning to run. They are not the ones who took a video of him (by the way, he did not really seem to be the one interested in making that video). How did they benefit from his departure? Who did benefit from his departure. Have you listened to the tape interview the paper had with her? Have you read the articles in the paper? Have you followed the paper trail?
I don't know what happened to him. As everyone else here, I am praying that he returns safely and soon. If he is alive, then he should call his mama immediately and let her know he is okay.
But he has disappeared under suspicious circumstances. And I am glad she is coming here and discussing it with us. But the answers given are incomplete. Questions have not been answered.
Again, the people here have reported on public records. If it portrays her in a negative light, then she needs to correct the records if they are incorrect. I still can't find any retraction on the story about her duct taping herself. I still can't find anyone arrested for sexually assaulting her. I still can't find any civil case where they were sued for damages.
DM, convince me. Show the records that substantiate what you are saying as the searchers here have shown the originals.

Ms. Moore called attention to herself in a 3 hour interview with reporters and an article in the Ledger. So why shouldn't we ask questions?

I have to agree. I'm not quite understanding why all of the fingers are pointing in one direction. I have never seen a member close to a case allowed to be treated this way here.

She's not only close to the case, she's been officially named a suspect. The fact she's been the only one named as a suspect, and she's has had her/Abraham's house searched and luminoled(sp), has alot to do with it. I would say no one here has been as hard on DM as LE has.

Purchased by a couple with strange transactions - giving it back and forth to each other through quitclaim deeds. Have another property with the same pattern - seems like husband wants to be on the QT.

I saw (on the Ledger) his most recent address was 1418 W Lake Parker Dr, Lakeland. Look up this address on Polk County Property Records and see:

Looked up US (the wife involved in this transaction) in Hillsborough County Courts. Two recent Breach of Contract convictions and they are trying to serve paper for Mortgage Foreclosure (05/09) but can't find her. Her husband is listed as unknown - I'm sure his name is an alias. Well we found her! And they got a deed in Polk County. Yup - it just goes on and on.

Here is the thing that peeves me. It's people in these types of scams that cause 80 year olds to open their front door one day to the sheriff with a foreclosure eviction notice. Someone unbeknownst to the homeowner forges a quit claim and takes over the property. They then take out loans on these properties never intending to pay the loan back. This leads to foreclosure. These homeowners are scammed behind their backs by family, friends and strangers they've never met. Pure evil.
