Oh boy, this is getting really scary. It really doesn't look good for Abraham.

I pulled up Abraham on the clerks website that someone listed. Looking at all the cases in the past couple years, I see that Mr. Ford put a lien on the house, he took out 2 mortgages for houses he bought (investment?) in 2007, He was sued for forclosure, and Mr. Ford filed an appeal in June of 2009. I think he got in over his head like many lotto winners financially.

I don't know why this deedee (dorice) wont say where he is at but it is a possibility that he did disapear on purpose IMO.

Also, if you run my address you will find many names, including my bil Chuck and believe me I get many collection calls for him. Point is if you are finding this Robert linked to James adress he may be a brother or other relative. If you have actual proof that he is James and James is an alias, which I dont think is correct because you have to show proof of who you are when you get married, then please post it.

We where told by mods sometime back that you cannot post a bunch of peoples names from public records that may or may not be linked to a case because of defamation, you have to be sure to post it. Check with a mod to be sure.

Now, what I find interesting, is that all these documents would not pass a title search, since they are signed by Abraham Shakespeare, as manager for Shakespeare & Associates LLC., without them stating "Shakespeare & Associates LLC., a dissolved Florida Limited Liability Company". While some would be allowed (the ones liquidating assets) the new business would not.

I'm still confused. I opened up the officer resignation PDF and Kenneth is disolving the company. Also noticed that DeeDee wrote her name as D Moore on the form.

Are you saying they are partners or the same person?

I'm just saying, do we know this for sure? Because knowx.com has his legal name as James Darrel Moore and hers as Dorice Emma Donegan when they got married.

My point is, that in order for a further LEGAL (full warranty deed and title insurance) transfer in the future, corrective deeds (or affidavits) will need to be issued, and Abraham will need to sign. If he can't sign, these original docs could be found invalid.

Good point. If you look at the documents themselves, they were drawn up on October 2007 while the LLC was valid. But the filing date with Polk County is almost two years later. Which date establishes validity?
