I continue to be amazed when I visit this thread. Information just keeps coming and coming. I am in awe of you sleuthers...especially lb, im, and wth. I can barely READ what you find out, and would never be able to find it on my own. You are to be congratulated. Someone really should write a book about this.....and not DD. And, of course, the burning question, WHERE IS ABRAHAM?

Wow!!!......I’ve spent the last hour reading all these post and I will say that I am impressed.......Understand that there is a lot more to this case than meets the eye.....Keep looking, because there are some things being missed. Once all is said and done the truth will be known. Of course there are many things in this case that I can not discuss, but in the end it will be seen that Ms. Moore's "upended life" did not come unjustly.


The above was written on 12/7/09; it is amazing what we have found in the three weeks following this post. Sometimes you can get in so deep that you miss the obvious. I have this nagging thought that there is still a big clue that we are missing.

I think about this post by 'investigating' and in the back of my mind I keep wondering what "we're" missing. (You are all doing the work, I just keep reading, so I'm not trying to take credit from ya'll. :blushing

"We've" mentioned money laundering, you all have researched in depth the financial transactions related to the players, and for the life of me I can't think of another angle to think on. 'investigating' says that DM's upended life will not be "unjust".

One thing that bothered me in one of DM's posts was that she stated she used to take AS's mom on outings, and arranged for her to have rides 3X a week, or something like that. I think that was just me, worrying about AS's family.

I can't think of anything that you all didn't touch on. I wish 'investigating' could comment more.

I've been reviewing my notes, and all the hundred's of posts here at WS... walking away and pondering... coming back and reviewing more of this incredible research... walking away to tend to some personal things I have going on... all the while the same thing nags me too. Yes, there' still a huge clue that we're missing.

Then I go back to thinking something that's also been within my thoughts and heart... had all of this been solved sooner, rather than later, all of these scam artists... these fraudulent deals... these thieves... these mean people... they may not have been revealed for what they really are... they will/would continue to go on doing these horrible things to people... taking advantage of people who don't know better... who don't deserve any of this...

...the intertwined web of deceit would continue to grow and grow... like cancer... a mean disease that hurts... spreads and grows out of control... but can sometimes be caught... and if caught soon enough, the damage can be arrested... perhaps even lessened... but also, sometimes it's just too damn late!

I pray that it is not too late... and for the disease to be arrested... these 'people' to be stopped... though I fully believe that everything happens for a reason... absolutely everything... I do want this to be solved now... today... before this year comes to a close, and the new one begins!

The only thing that has really stood out to me (I don't know why) is that the only person who has been really vocal is DM/the poster who called themselves that (before it became a friend of DM's and then her son). I realize that in the articles other's have spoken to reporters, but it seems that other's input has been minimal. In the comment sections (and here) it seems that she is the only voice speaking 'loudly'. The other 'flip' comments that speak ill of AS just irk me, but they aren't as lengthy as the DM postings and for the most part aren't as 'personal' (other than the fact they are insulting, IMO.)

Again, I'm not at all suspicious of AS's family or his friends (pre-lotto) and the most vocal one is who I tend to be most suspicious of. There is one other person outside of the 'business transactions' that has stood out in my mind and I'd love to know why he took that card and story of Aids to AS's mom.

JMO. I'm really hoping this is solved soon. I hope that there is something that can be done to protect AS's assets or retrieve them somehow as I don't feel like they were obtained as legally as one would like us to believe. JMO.

DM is 'promising' this person that she is going to 'fix everything'... 'just give me time'... 'just play the part for now'... they had no clue of the extent of DM's plan... yes, I think the cousin is one... but that's not the one I'm referring to... the one missing piece... the key!

Maybe I'm out to lunch on this... or maybe I need to eat lunch... but this certainly is something to consider... though rather difficult to digest?

First of all, I think you are hungry. So, it is time for lunch or brunch on the west coast.

But, I can see DM doing just what you described. She seems to be a master at putting people off, delaying, making excuses.
Maybe AS is in a back room of one of these many offices/houses being attended by one of DM's 'nursing' staff.

This is just my opinion (I'm sorry I keep droning on :blushing. I truly feel that AS was smart enough to survive through most anything until he met with people who were 'smarter' than him (or whom he perceived as 'smarter' than him as far as money is concerned.) In approximately 4 mos time, AS allegedly trusted this/these new friend(s) enough to sign everything over to her/them and I just have trouble believing it. DM said his other friends were cokeheads and I can't remember what else she said that was derogatory (as well as some of the insulting comments at the articles by whoever) but AS had these people for friends/family before DM came into the picture and lived through it. Why'd he disappear after DM came into the picture? It makes no sense, IMO. I think it was after April when the cousin delivered the card/cash, and I think it's possible the cousin really thought he was delivering those things on AS's behalf. Theoretically he could have been under the impression that AS was sick and being cared for?

I don't feel that AS is under 'nurses' care or is hidden away. I've been sitting here scratchin my head wondering about the cousin but I am now thinking he could have been misled.

Gawd, I wish someone would talk and clear up the mystery once and for all.

Charlie lives at 1126 Gilmore Ave Lakeland, FL. He purchased his home in 1998 from Albert Garner Trust. Made mortgage payments to Albert.

7/6/07 - Real estate mortgage between Charlie and Shakespeare & Associates for $53,200. In the papers, the promissary note date is 3/1/06. Jodi McClanahan prepares document and Michael M. notarizes. The other witness is Barbara Jackson (realtor/wife of Franklin Jackson).

7/12/07 - Warranty deed is granted to Charlie - pays off Albert. Jodi M. prepares paperwork. Julia Ledbetter notarizes/other witness.

1/18/08 - Charlie takes out mortgage for $95,592.02 with CitiFinancial Equity Services. Why didn't they find the promissary note in their title search? Cedric did something creative with the legal description - added 2 extra words - so a title search wouldn't find the note with S&A.

So there is still the promissary note but another lender involved. No transfer to Dee Moore/AMP.

That raises the question - Why did Cedric Lewis dissolve Shakespeare & Associates on 9/26/08? Abraham was supposedly signing documents up until 4/09. What's happened to Charlie's promissary note? I think we finally found a good guy in all of this; a friend Abraham tried to help. Hope he's left out of this mess.

Very sloppy title search! As easily as you found it, so should they have. CitiFinancial will end up in a lawsuit with whoever did their title search. The big clue is the property address, printed correctly on the documents.

There were only three mortgage transactions that were initially between individual/company and Shakespeare & Associates and filed with Polk County within two weeks; Charlie Abrams (7/6/07), Joe Rodman/Rodman Development Inc (12/21/07), and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (7/8/08).

Of those three, only Charlie's mortgage wasn't passed on to Dee Moore/AMP. All the rest seem to have little to do with Abraham or filed over 1-2 years after very questionable transactions
and are now with Moore/AMP.

Cedric Lewis, Dee Moore, Howard Stitzel, Jodi McClanahan, (plus more) = Criminals (IMO)

This mortgage was passed on to Dee Moore/AMP on 1/16/09. Document has the signatures of: Abraham, Howard Stitzel, Linda Kickliter (Moore's nail technician/notary)

You can&#8217;t blame me for finding him interesting. Like the public official he paid off to get his driver&#8217;s license. He thought that stuff was funny and wanted it in the book. He never had a driver&#8217;s license until he paid a public official for one.

Have you ever seen a date stamp on the video? I remember someone on thread #1 mentioning they saw a 2008 date stamp.

I want to hear Attorney Johnnie Byrd testify under oath that Abraham Shakespeare was in the room signing over his house to Dee Moore with a clear understanding of the transaction. He was the attorney who facilitated the transaction.

If he says it's true and they didn't use a power of attorney, I'll believe him.

I know I'm being rather redundant (and possibly annoying too?) but what was Abraham's "old life"? DM said that all his friends were cokeheads and what not in an earlier post here and I believe it's quoted in one of the articles in The Ledger. Why help him back to that? Feeding him to the people who DM seemed to say were lowlifes? That's how you help someone???? Then the video has her talking to Abraham and discussing Cozumel... was his "old life" in Cozumel or some other far away location? If she'd helped him back to his "old life", wouldn't one of his people have seen him or heard from him, since 'they' were in his 'old life'? (Eddie Dixon, his cousin, his mother, etc...)

I think my biggest question is... "How can you help a person return to their "old life" and help them vanish or disappear at the same time?"
