This is in reference to the list on your post... I didn't copy the list in here, since you're adding to it... also, I left the picture there too.

Observations:
1- All the windows are so well covered, as though extra effort went into doing it... All except for the windows directly to our right of the front door. Notice at the bottom of the window/covering, there is a space? peep hole? or is it called peek hole? Yes, I agree; very covered up from street. Creepy comes to mind.
2- IMO, job/work ads that also contain the address, would tell me that it's ok to go there to learn more about the work that they have. Not everyone would call or email, some would want face-to-face contact with the staffing agency? Common with daily work, daily pay agencies? If so, I'd want to see a sign somewhere... perhaps on that barren front door? Wonder if there's at least a "Welcome" mat.
I believe we are not viewing the entrance to the house. Parking, etc. must be in back and the house "might" look different/more inviting from that view.
3- The front porch chairs don't even look placed for sitting. They looked placed for 'show'... or even left behind when vacated. With all that activity, the lone rocker would be closer to the others, and not directly by the line at the front door? (Is there something else near that chair?) No; there is a wreath to right of door and a little fan in front of one of the white beams. On the right side, there looks to be small trailer cabs. Behind the house is just field with scattered constructions trailers - not together - no visable activity. CREEPY
5- It's as bad as the other house, with the supposed law office inside! I can see using the house as a temporary law office but I think this is part of some scheme. Maybe they want it to appear that they have not benefited financially from Abraham.
6- What's the TRUTH about the 2 houses on SR 60????? What/who is hiding in there?????????? Why is there NO observable activity, for 2 busy places??????? Is there even power turned on? I've been told there are lights on in both houses at night. Very mysterious.

This whole case and surrounding issues are all so strange.

Can you imagine? It took eight months for any of this to come to light. EIGHT MONTHS!

I wonder if they thought they would never have to answer for any of this? Was all of this just that easy for them to do?

Windows covered? Hiding out? I believe it, just like rats.
 
Michael Ford's appeal of the lawsuit verdict was on the docket to be heard on May 8th, 2009 in the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeals Court.

All we know about Ford is that he moved to GA. He was set to appeal the case just this past May and now he's already moved to GA?

I just read all the articles at this link

One said Ford had a common-law wife of 6 years. It did not give her name.

He moved to GA prior to the Oct 2007 verdict and at the conclusion, there were "no plans to appeal" by Ford's attorneys. Ford also says he has children. Link.

I wonder if DM and Ford know each other. The timing of Abraham's disappearance was (coincidentally?) a month before the appeal? And everything was already out of his name? Hmm.

On page 48, Abraham Lee Shakespeare of Lakeland wins the drawing picked on 11/15/06. There was 1 winner in the $30,000,000 jackpot. It was purchased at the Town Star on 7030 Hwy 27 South, Frost Proof (they spelled it Forest Proof, go figure). Because he chose the cash option, the payout was $16,980,209.01, not $30 million, but still would put a smile on your face.
I saw it suggested earlier that the difference was due to taxes. Didn't sound right if they only took 25%, so I found the answer.

Toward the bottom it says,
"Players may choose to receive their portion of the FLORIDA LOTTO jackpots in a one-time Cash Option payment or in 30 annual payments. The Cash Option payment is the amount required on the day of the drawing (or if the drawing is held on a Saturday or holiday, the business day prior to the drawing) to fund the applicable jackpot prize paid over 30 years, less applicable taxes."
If you look through the list, people who chose the 30 annual payments received the whole amount or in at least one case I found, more than the listed amount. It's that future value of money thing.

Looks like generally 25% but can vary depending on if you are from the US or another country, etc.
I don't know if the $16,980,209.01 is before or after taxes. If before, then you would reduce that by 4,245,052.25 for a remainder of $12,735,156.75, which I believe DM said he only got $12 million after they took what they were going to out of it. DM, I might have actually caught you telling the truth!
So, you still are just going to lurk and be a turtle and pull your head in your shell? I still haven't gotten those questions answered. Another question, you said you bought all those debts owed to him. So, how much did you pay for them? I don't see that it says on the paperwork, although I may just be missing it.
You still haven't told us his "girlfriend's" name. She does have one, right? And my favorite question you did not answer was from another poster, you said he would come forward if he knew they were looking for him and what a problem this caused for you, and yet you say that you can't reach him anymore because of all this news media. So, if he has heard about it through the news media, why isn't he coming forward and helping you? And the #1 question everyone wants an answer to, and you should know the answer since you helped him get away:

richard land owned the state rd 60 property, passed it between himself a few times over the year.
he has many companies, one being r&d properties. his wife is dawn land. they have companies in the nursing home area as well which was denied and sanctioned this year. they have childcare companies too. all the companies have been to their stcloud address which is in forclosure. they owe the irs. they also do a name variation with their shadowland property by writting shadowlawn. they have a daughter shari, who seem to have recently married, now last name jones.
richard signs affadavits saying debts against him are another peron with his name which i do not believe.

When Richard Dale Land Jr sold the 5802 property (tan house) to Krasniqi, the deed states his address as 4710 E Shadowland (no such address exists). There is a 4710 E Shadowlawn which is a piece of land owned by a woman in PA. His name isn't associated with the deed. There is a R L Land and Sons trucking company at 4710 Shadowlawn (not the address used on mortgage papers). The company dissolved in 1991.

On 4/15/09, the IRS places a lien on the house. Two weeks later, he sells property to Krasniqi and signs affadavit that there are no liens and he is being truthful about the information. I assume Hillsborough Title didn't run title searches or verify information.

Land owns a house at 1323 S Saint Cloud Ave Valrico, FL 33594 with wife Dawn Elizabeth; in foreclosure. Seven bedrooms, four baths, 4064 sq ft. - I'm not sure what it means to have your home address as the primary for an Assisted Living Inc. I become an attack dog if there is anything funny going on with providers of assisted living.

Land owns another home and there is almost a mortgage transaction every month in the year 2009; buying and selling properties. An interesting transaction is on 1/14/09 between Medical Collection & Management Services Inc (Grantor) and the Lands (Grantee). I can't open the PDF (hopefully being reviewed) but wouldn't be surprised of the person(s) associated with this company.

Yea...I saw that too. Wait till the IRS gets wind that the property changed hands without them being paid off. Lots of ppl could lose out on this one! The title company, the company that performed title search, and Shar.

There's more documents which I didn't go through. Wanttohelp found additional affadavits in which Land is stating that the debts against Richard Land aren't really him. I'd say this needs a second look from what I've reviewed tonight.

The main point of this isn't that he may have committed mortgage fraud. Benefiting from Abraham's money is another story.

It's how long has he known Dee and Shar? He has a connection through healthcare as he owns (on paper) an assisted living LLC. Shar said he owned the red house (believe Land owns it through property mgmt company) in February so Land was part of their lives when Abraham was still at his house. And he's looking more and more like a male version of Dee.

All of these people are intertwined in a thought-out plan and they know something. Abraham didn't sneak away in the middle of the night.

There are also documents saying that Land and his wife Dawn have been continually married since specific dates.

Another listing for American Medical Professionals under Hospitals and Medical Centers in Plant City - same phone number Dee Moore uses for her business number. It appears this address is providing after-care or rehabilitation care.

The address is the home of Raymond C. and Nancy C. Nichols. I have yet to find a license for this home to provide medical services.

Dee Moore is the same woman who wants us to believe that Abraham asked her to take all of his assets to "give him back his pride."
 
I notice Richard Land uses Jr. at various times in legal docs. If you compare sigs, they are the same, except for the added Jr. AND, he sold 2 properties after the IRS lien. Different title companies. $74k worth of lien, and $643k worth of RE sales since the notice of lien. IRS will not be happy!
 
OK...from what it looks like here, There are 2 Richard Land's. One (I'm assuming is dad) is Richard N. Land and one is Richard D. Land Jr. (he technically wouldn't be a Jr. since they have different middle names). Anyway...in the link I posted, you can see both sigs side by side.

11/30/09 Moore tells The Ledger she had way to contact Abraham up until storm of media attention caused by missing-person report. For months prior to 11/09/09, Moore had been in contact with The Ledger, saying she could set up an interview with the elusive millionaire.

11/09/09 Cedric Edom (cousin) reports him missing at approximately 9:00 am to Polk County sheriff's office. Edom has adamantly insisted to The Ledger that he didn't report Abraham missing.

10/00/09 Howard Stitzel told The Ledger that the last time he talked to his client was in October when they discussed child support issues. Stitzel said Abraham didn't sound distressed during their phone conversation. "I firmly believe he's alive," Stitzel said. "I firmly believe he's hiding because he doesn't want to be found."

09/00/09 Abraham's mother receives a call while at work; caller ID shows Abraham's cell phone number. She returns the call and it goes straight into voicemail.

08/00/09 Cedric Edom hand-delivers card with a cross and $100 inside to Abraham's mother. She recognizes signature on card, but said Edom doesn't tell her how he got the card.

00/00/09 Moore and a woman who has power of attorney tell Abraham's mother she would see her son in August. Date of this meeting is unknown.

05/06/09 Another series of mortgage transactions are filed with Polk County. Howard Stitzel/attorney prepares documents dating them 1/15/09. Some have Abraham's printed signature; they have notary date of 4/3/09.

04/00/09 Abraham was last seen in early April per LE.

04/01/09 A series of Assignment of Mortgage documents are prepared by Howard Stitzel/attorney transferring all mortgage loans/promissary notes to AMP. Abraham's printed signature is on documents; notarized by Linda Kickliter (Moore's nail technician).

04/00/09 Abraham is videotaped by Moore discussing being tired of people asking him for money, places he would live, and how he feels about leaving his home. Date of video hasn't been verified by LE.

1/11/09 Abraham transfers two deeds held by S&A to AMP. Howard Stitzel/attorney prepares documents.

01/09/09 Abraham transfers deed of his home to AMP. Johnnie Byrd/attorney prepares document.

12/00/08 Moore is introduced to Abraham through Barbara Jackson (realtor). Moore expresses interest in writing an article about Abraham and Jackson for a local magazine. She also expresses interest in telling Abraham's story in a book.
