When Richard Dale Land Jr sold the 5802 property (tan house) to Krasniqi, the deed states his address as 4710 E Shadowland (no such address exists). There is a 4710 E Shadowlawn which is a piece of land owned by a woman in PA. His name isn't associated with the deed. There is a R L Land and Sons trucking company at 4710 Shadowlawn (not the address used on mortgage papers). The company dissolved in 1991.

On 4/15/09, the IRS places a lien on the house. Two weeks later, he sells property to Krasniqi and signs affadavit that there are no liens and he is being truthful about the information. I assume Hillsborough Title didn't run title searches or verify information.

Land owns a house at 1323 S Saint Cloud Ave Valrico, FL 33594 with wife Dawn Elizabeth; in foreclosure. Seven bedrooms, four baths, 4064 sq ft. - I'm not sure what it means to have your home address as the primary for an Assisted Living Inc. I become an attack dog if there is anything funny going on with providers of assisted living.

Valrico Child Care (dissolved 8/13/08)

Land owns another home and there is almost a mortgage transaction every month in the year 2009; buying and selling properties. An interesting transaction is on 1/14/09 between Medical Collection & Management Services Inc (Grantor) and the Lands (Grantee). I can't open the PDF (hopefully being reviewed) but wouldn't be surprised of the person(s) associated with this company.

Yes wanttohelp; I was responding to your post regarding Land's address and expanding on the details. After learning that his wife was a LPN, not a stretch to presume that Land and Moore knew each other prior to 2009.

FYI: Karen and Kenneth DiSalvo were Dee Moore's business partners in a company called All About Cellular. It has since dissolved.

Kenneth DiSalvo is also in the healthcare field. He is a licensed practical nurse; address on record matches the DiSalvo's. Although I didn't find a healthcare license for Karen, we know she was connected to Arcadia Healthcare.

Thanks for fixing the link to Dawn's LPN license.. I was in a big hurry when I posted this morning- it's been a crazy day.

Linda Kicklighter works at a place called The Artistry in Plant City. She manages their Facebook page but doesn't own the biz. I wouldn't be surprised to see her name pop up again in another capacity in the future.

A LOT of these folks we're looking at have health-related LLCs, whether it be staffing, supplies, or care... even one of the most recent property transactions with the Lands are to folks that have an LLC in nurse staffing. The whole thing stinks of fraud to me, and on more than one level.

And there are also several ties with the communications industry, but that seems to have run its course.

I've not had the chance to do it yet, but I'm going to start printing some of these records so I can sort and compare some of the signatures.

5802 and 5732 are both zoned as residential according to the PA. I also remember seeing some code enforcement violations on 5732 for commercial vehicle parking.

The code violation probably involves Richard Land and storing his delivery trucks on the 5732 property. Still curious if there is a connection between Richard Land and the delivery trucks used by the meat delivery company Abraham was working for when he won lottery.

great, i was just going to post about this. i do not believe that deedee just let it go that the kid didnt have insurance, and as she claims was too proud for ssdb. did she have liens, debts etc. as well at this time? maybe this is how she got into the whole medicare/caid scams. i have looked and cannot find much info on that crash, so can anyone post any docs, or articles they have come across concerning this.

on another note. many of the documents were prepared by vision title of "....". this company is also very interesting. many, many, many open/clos llc, etc. it seems the main person has been out of orlando until more recently. it seems he also has some suits against him. him and his partner i guess you could say also like the whole making variations in your name game.

11/30/09 Moore tells The Ledger she had way to contact Abraham up until storm of media attention caused by missing-person report. For months prior to 11/09/09, Moore had been in contact with The Ledger, saying she could set up an interview with the elusive millionaire.

11/09/09 Cedric Edom (cousin) reports him missing at approximately 9:00 am to Polk County sheriff's office. Edom has adamantly insisted to The Ledger that he didn't report Abraham missing.

10/00/09 Howard Stitzel told The Ledger that the last time he talked to his client was in October when they discussed child support issues. He didn't sound distressed during their phone conversation. "I firmly believe he's alive," Stitzel said. "I firmly believe he's hiding because he doesn't want to be found."

09/00/09 Abraham's mother receives a call while at work; caller ID shows Abraham's cell phone number. She returns the call and it goes straight into voicemail.

04/00/09 Abraham is videotaped by Moore discussing being tired of people asking him for money, places he would live, and how he feels about leaving his home. Date of video hasn't been verified by LE.

I notice Richard Land uses Jr. at various times in legal docs. If you compare sigs, they are the same, except for the added Jr. AND, he sold 2 properties after the IRS lien. Different title companies. $74k worth of lien, and $643k worth of RE sales since the notice of lien. IRS will not be happy!

you were correct, he signs both ways. i saw docs that were def. him and some did have the jr others didnt. there might be another one, but i also think he is trying to make is seem there are more than 1.

Stamped on bottom of first page is DeeDee Moore with PO Box/Sydney. Further evidence that she has been involved in a scheme from almost day one of Abraham winning lottery. Dee said she met Abraham last year in December, but it looks like she met him or Cedric Lewis possibly as early as December of 2006.

727 E McDonald Rd, Plant City doesn't exist. There is a street, E McDonald Rd, but no 727 house number under Hillsborough Property records.

On 5/27/09, Assignment of Mortgage transfer to American Medical is filed 5with Polk County. Stitzel dated paperwork 1/15/09 but the notary crosses out Jan and dates April 3, 2009. Abraham signature is on this document.

I was just looking at the website earlier. Who would use these coolers? The website has a picture of a cooler on the back of a golf cart. Would these coolers be used by healthcare workers? Did you notice that A Stat & Supply - distributer of these coolers - appears to be only represented by DeeDee Moore? The company is in the name of Shar Krasniqi.
