I was just looking at the website earlier. What are these coolers? The website has a picture of a cooler on the back of a golf cart. Would these coolers be used by healthcare workers? Did you notice that A Stat & Supply - distributer of these coolers - appears to be only represented by DeeDee Moore? The company is in the name of Shar Krasniqi.

All I saw was the motorized coolers. Ya ride 'em. LOL The folks that make them are... um... interesting.

Another mortgage transaction - filed in both Polk and Hillsborough counties.

2/23/07 - Mortgage transaction between Gregory Smith, 727 E McDonald Rd, Plant City and Shakespeare and Associates (Mortgagee)

Stamped on bottom of first page is DeeDee Moore with PO Box/Sydney. Further evidence that she has been involved in a scheme from almost day one of Abraham winning lottery. Dee said she met Abraham last year in December, but it looks like she met him or Cedric Lewis (attorney who set up Shakespeare & Associates) possibly as early as December of 2006. Abraham won lottery November of 2006.

727 E McDonald Rd, Plant City doesn't exist. There is a street, E McDonald Rd, but no 727 house number under Hillsborough Property records.

On 5/27/09, Assignment of Mortgage transfer to American Medical is filed with Polk County. Stitzel dates paperwork 1/15/09 but the notary crosses out Jan and dates April 3, 2009. Abraham signature is on this document.

The address listed at the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser's site for that property is 5208 Reverend Gordon Ln, not 727 E McDonald.

Also, are you sure the stamp of Dee Dee's PO Box on the mortgage document was not added this year?

I found a St. Cloud listing for her too on intelius. Seems to be a tie to Buffalo, NY.

Her myspace occupation is listed as Nurse, btw.

Another last name for her is Kruse with locations listed as Tampa, Bushnell, Webster and Davenport Fl in addition to St Cloud.

Sorry to quote myself- I wanted this to carry over to this page.

Her nursing license was suspended- looks like she violated ethics. Still reading it but here it is. Link.

Okay; tell us more. This is all a part of our digging.

The folks behind the coolers website are Stephen and Paige (last name in earlier post). They also own the property listed as the address on the website.

Paige is a hospice nurse, they are into tats and harleys and I also found them on a swingers website. They have a few "adult only" friends. :angel:

ETA: these folks are distributors for this product, not manufacturers.

I thought of that. But would the county have her add a stamp to a document after the fact?

The mortgage document is for the address of 727 E McDonald. There are 4-5 Gregory Smith's in Hillsborough County - none at this address which doesn't exist.

I think it's possible but obviously I can't say for sure. If you look at the Assignment of Mortgage and Note document from April 3rd of this year you'll see that there is an "R" next to the handwritten AMP PO Box 433 Sidney FL entry just like there is also a handwritten "R" next to the Dee Dee Moore stamp with the same address on the Feb 23 2007 mortgage. Can't say I know what the "R" means though.

I know one thing, that property looks like a dump from the satellite and aerial views. I can't believe it's worth $63,000.

I checked the maps and I'm sure that 727 E McDonald and 5208 Reverend Gordon Ln are the same property. It's an interior property, not bordering a road so it seems that either road it's close to can be used as the address.

Here's the property detail for 5208 Reverend Gordon. The transactions involving Shakespeare/Moore aren't there. Just checked the folio # of mortgage and matches up to this address. Good catch.

This is one of the several documents he made up with people, but did not file. It was executed on 2/23/07. The county has the person filing the document put an address they want the certified copy returned to on the document. This document was not filed until 5/27/09. I believe the stamp was added just prior to filing. I do not believe she met Abraham until the realtor, Jackson, introduced them. It seems to me by their comments about each other that Jackson and Moore don't really care for each other. And DM, if Jackson really did have a loan from Abraham, why didn't you get that assigned to you and file that like you did everything else? You say you have a copy of it. She said she never borrowed anything from him, she just got her commission. If you have a copy, then why don't you file it?

I'm confused. This is Greg's mailing address. Mortgage folio # matches up to Reverend Gordon Address. It's a manufactured home valued at $66,461 in 2009.

But the mortgage transaction is strictly between S&A and Gregory Smith - has nothing to do with Dee Moore at that point. Why would she be stamping the original mortgage document unless she was involved during the date of execution 2/2007?

But I get your reasoning: she filed all the transactions at the same time - almost two years later.
