I think dwelling on this minute detail is a bit ridiculous. She was obviously in a terrible crash and left with injuries. From experience with people who have leg/knee traumas it is not unlikely for the injury to swell up and cause problems after it has healed. Is it possible that DM uses the wheelchair in those instances? A lot of the information everyone is uncovering pertains to the case, but I fail to see how debating an bad mouthing a personal injury does. She never collected insurance money for this incident so it is not a case of fraud so what seems to be the fascination?
I guess it just goes to her credibility. The accident happened in 2005. In 2008 BJ meets her in a wheelchair. 2 short weeks later (or there abouts), it's a miracle! She's healed! She can even wear those sassy high heels. BJ commented on it in the paper and she found it pretty unbelievable she could have been healed that quickly AND able to wear high heels. The people you are criticizng for expressing the same opinion may be having the same problem with the credibility of a person who duct tapes her hands, has a friend stash her in a ditch, and then when found, claim she was sexually assaulted by hispanics and her vehicle was stolen. That is historically.
As pointed out by another poster, first she claims that AS would come forward to help her if only he knew what was going on, and in the same interview she claims that she can no longer contact him after the media took off with the story. Well, if he knows about the media and the stories, then why isn't he coming forward to help her? And she doesn't answer those hard questions when she comes here. She just keeps spouting off about poor, pitiful her.
More recently, there are some posts with claims to be her that she claims first are from a friend, and when it is found they can be traced to her home, then she claims they were done by her minor son.
So, when she goes to a meeting in a wheelchair and 2 weeks later she's walking in heels without a limp, given her history with fairy tales, guess it will become a topic in newpapers and forums.
You just joined in December. Are you a friend of hers?
