Good point; so we are back to Dee being introduced to Abraham through Barbara end of November/early December of 2008.

I still find this substitution of plaintiff odd. I found the 11/20 paperwork; Book/Page 7765/574. Total amount owed their law firm was $21,327.06.

Both are located in winter haven, and the Barbara who sole Abraham his house has an email
[email protected]. If you noticed, that is the name of one of the first sets companies. The second set has deeds and other docs by both Cedric and Jodi.
Nathaniel Birdsong is in all the same filings as the second set, some of those docs also being originally filed by Cedric. These companies deal with working with the government, which would make sense to be attending a government conference, which DeeDee said she met Barbara at.

What I've learned...All of these Winter Park folks go way back and are connected. Rev is on board of Florence Villa along with Birdsong and Cedric. Cedric/Jodi handle all the Jackson's (Rev, Franklin, Barbara) real estate transactions. Jodi appears to be a self-employed mortgage preparer and is in with both Birdsong and Cedric's law firm. Greg Massey had a real estate LLC.

Abraham said he had long friendships with Greg Massey and Franklin. So these two brought in Cedric and the rest of the crew.

Then you have Stitzel and Moore coming in for the 2nd phase.

It's very possible that the house lost 20% of its value since he originally purchased it, especially considering that the florida RE market is s*&t. 2007 was just the beginning of the recession and midpriced homes/condos were hit the hardest

Alterik was sentenced on 6/24/09 to probation felony for this crime. His current status is "moved out of state."

Lakeland, Florida - A man accused of running a counterfeit payroll check scam in Lakeland is no stranger to police. Investigators say Alterik Alexander used a fake check to pay for this suit he's wearing in the professional pictures that we show you in the video.

They say he was printing the checks at home using a laptop, printer and special magnetic ink. Officers were tipped off when he bought two cameras at Walgreen’s and the cashier became suspicious. The same deputy who arrested Alexander for similar crimes was there to put him in handcuffs again.

Because some of the account and routing numbers and corporation names on the checks are real, detectives say the best way to verify a check is to call the name of the bank or person on the check.

That is a good point; it's great to have different perspectives on all of this. I'm the first to admit I'm extremely jaded after only five weeks working on Abraham's disappearance. Feels like a lifetime of greed and corruption.

In 2007, Polk County Appraiser has the market value placed at $619,360. The house came furnished and may not include the other parcel of land, so that does up the price but it seems excessive. Realtors are in the business to make money. I get that; but she presents herself as something more.

Alterik in Winter Haven with New Life Ministries; this video was uploaded three months ago. This video shows just how smooth and articulate people running cons like Alterik can be. Alterik must know Abraham if he's Franklin's son.

Bio says he's now National Director of Youth and College Affairs for the Reality Group. Veromi shows him in Lakeland and Houston, Tx.

Kudos to the minister if he's honestly helping people in the community; he wasn't involved in the conterfeit fraud case. But the story of the man coming to his service dressed as a woman... :biglaugh:

Alterik was also president of Alexander-Jackson LLC in Lakeland. May be switching from real estate to ministry profession. In 2009, Florida began requiring real estate license holders to be fingerprinted.

I find it odd that on her realtor listing she is under her normal barbara jackson for the millennium re, and also sonya jackson under a "shakespear and co acquisition and finance"

I know all the different names were discussed before but i dont see the need for the different name going from one to the other, and wonder if the board of realtors knows that the 2 different names are one and the same?

Barbara Lynn Flowers - birthdate 9/22/71. She served 2 years in military at Fort Dix and was released in 1991. Her address at the time was 1454 10th Court NE Winter Haven, FL.

I just wanted to bump this post again because it has most of the alias and companies organized according to the address listed. So we all know YES this is the same Franklin that is REV. It is what got me going in this direction, that a rev was there for all Abraham sigs, etc.

This case is unbelievable.

Cedric Eugene Edom - lived with his wife at 1136 N Stella Blvd. Per property records, house went through foreclosure in early 2008. Purchased by a couple with strange transactions - giving it back and forth to each other through quitclaim deeds. Have another property with the same pattern - seems like husband wants to be on the QT.

I saw (on the Ledger) his most recent address was 1418 W Lake Parker Dr, Lakeland. Look up this address on Polk County Property Records and see:

* Cedric Edom was arrested and released for non-payment of child support 12/23/09
