My understanding the IP's were and are being tracked by WS because of Moore's claims that she wasn't posting here and she asked those posts be removed. This all occured at the same time the supposed 14 year old son was posting here as well. I'm not sure what thread it's in, but the posts explaining how it was all being handled was made by Tricia, IIRC.

Not saying its the case here because i would see no reasoning behind it, but ip address is not always a solid clue. I recently had an issue with paypal where someone logged into my account and sent $990 to someone (most likely themselves) and paypal deemed the transaction as legit. Reason being...the recipients ip address came up THE SAME AS MINE. I paid for an ip lookup tool and low and behold, same exact ip on the recipients email as mine. I found it hard to believe but i asked a friend who is one of the top tier internet "technicians" for time warner/optimum and in his words "runs the internet" and he said that it was relatively easy to do an "IP spoof"

All in all im still not convinced simply for the fact that he DID have reason to want to disappear, and i find it hard to believe that someone would do anything underhanded with such a suspicious paper trail in regards to previous transactions. She would have to be incredibly, incredibly dumb and i really dont think it would be worth risking for that little. She didn't end up with 17 million in assets as stated in an above post. After taxes AS ended up with under 12, and after everything he gave away and lent there looks to be nearly nothing left. I think she will wind up in trouble for other things, but i'm still not convinced she murdered him

OT but i wish houses like that were as cheap here! I paid almost exactly the same amount and only got 1000 square feet on .23 acre...and between recent plumbing and heating endeavors and minor work i'm climbing perilously close to the 700k mark

.FYI. I had IP's from D.Moore where she denied being the D,Moore posting. Those IP's matched the registration IP and the IP of the actual posts.

In other words every single IP matched up including the one from the email where she denied she was posting.

Again, she said it was her best friend posting so maybe her friend did post from her computer. This is one of the many problems when you try to use IP's to identify someone. It's hard to prove who was actually using the computer in many cases.

While Sheriff Grady and his team work on the possible murder investigation, we can still continue our efforts of the paper trail. These criminals know the time consuming effort it takes but didn't count on the Websleuths group to assist in research. We can't bring Abraham back but we can help to ensure Abraham's remaining assets are with his family. And remember, Moore needed attorneys to pull this off.

I've come to suspect the woman in this case may not be Dee Moore/Dorice Donegan.

Tributes.com is a obituary website in which anyone can post an obituary; you can also create a link to the funeral home. As I've researched property records in the Plant City/Lutz area, I saw stranger things than we've already seen. People involved in certain mortgage transactions are listed here as deceased within the last year when in fact they are property owners in Hillsborough County. There is no other obituary information anywhere on the net.

The obituary is only two sentences like this real example; (name) was born on February 24, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. (name) was last known to be living in Tampa, Florida. If you look up Shakespeare in FL, there are many entries using this same two sentence format (not Abraham). Some are truly deceased but it appears they are giving other criminals birthdate and deceased date. IMO

There is a young woman from Lutz with a full obituary with the same name used in a QuitClaim along with a man who went through probate in 2008 but I can't find any mention of his death except on this site and probate/real estate transactions/family being cleared of debt court records. I've taken screen prints of everything to forward to the police. All of these are tied to specific people associated with this case.

I'll begin breaking down addresses, PO #s, LLC filings, mortgages.

I found someone who seems to match the exact dates and last name works but its a he and not a she. Bumping up the video. It is hard to conceive someone murdered Abraham; as it is with every case on the board. After what we've learned and posted; to think Moore had lunch with Abraham's mom less than two weeks ago.

Paid people not to report him missing, sent text messages from his phone to hers, kept calling mother from his phone and would hang up....if that isn't cold-blooded, I don't know what is.

Moore didn't think she'd get caught because she didn't get that people would care and ask questions. She obviously didn't plan much of a coverup. Just like Stitzel hanging up his phoney shingle and thinking no one would notice. With her smug better-than attitude and references to killers, cokeheads, and running from the cops. While she sits in Abraham's house with all his assets. I wonder who has the BMW; it was purchased in Shakespeare & Associates' name.

There will be justice for the crimes committed and all the people involved.

lbminnisota and wanttohelp, I too appreciate all the dedication you've put into researching here. (And anyone I'm forgetting to mention, you're appreciated too!) These paper trails that I don't understand very well, IMO could figure to be very, very important in painting the big picture of this case (and I'm afraid to think it but perhaps could provide answers in other cases too, cases that might not have had light shed on them yet.)

I don't believe that AS is the first 'victim' of these paper shuffles. That's just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth.

If we are looking for a live AS (I'm still hanging on to that prayer), could he have obtained a passport to travel to any of the far away beach destinations that have been spoken of? Security has been amped up since 9/11 and I'm sure it lacks in many ways but that seems like it could pose a difficult thing to work around (with a fake passport, etc... not very logical, IMO). It was stated that AS had served time in prison. Does that pose a problem in obtaining a passport? I am not sure if a person can go to Canada with a drunk driving on their record (my friend had to ask Parliament for their permission in order to pick up their children in Canada because of a DUI on their record)... do all other countries outside the US have stringent rules about who they let in? I'm not thinking AS's alleged destination was Canada, just thinking about what could keep a person in the US. JMO.

As a US Citizen living in Canada, I know a number of people with drunk driving records, etc., who have been denied entrance into Canada. Conversely, I know a number of Canadians who have problems getting into the States due to their records. However, I am not sure what deals some of the smaller Carribbean countries have -- some may have deals that make it easy for US and Canadian citizens to visit on vacation.

I don't know about her situation but i don't see her spending as being that out of the ordinary . Maybe things are different here but i keep hearing these "all that money" posts and it doesn't seem like it. IDK, recession never hit here i guess. 655k still buys a shack. What proof is there that the cousin received any money? He already reported abraham missing, then denied it. He lacks credibility just as much as EVERYONE else in this tangled web of financial dealings. I mean, did she write him a check or is there photo documentation of the transaction. I see her involved in a lot of other things, i'm just skeptical that she would murder him for so little. If it were clean and there wasn't such a paper trail then maybe but she really can't be dumb enough to put herself in that position.

So he has a new name and a new birthdate - no way to trace him. And now he's going to town buying property and the house in Hillsborough is under Nicole and his new name. I'm sure Nicole will be next - or maybe Disalvo is already a new identity.

Adam Kyle Ferguson died in TX in 2009. He was 17 so had a clean credit history.
