Thank you dreamweaver. I'm on a short sabatical and will soon to rejoin my normal life. I'm in HR which includes research. I've learned a lot working on this case and I hope to apply it in my career.

I don't think anyone else has gone missing; but we all know that Florida is a one-of-a kind state. I'd love to know from the Ledger who gave them the information about the car accident involving Dorice Moore. The article included a statement from a Polk County officer.

It makes my head hurt trying to figure it out. We are only seeing a speck of what is going on across the US involving mortgages. No wonder our entire economy almost collapsed because of this. How can people who are leaders in their community speak in public forums about morality and values?

Byrd made a big to-do about leaving his church because of their stance on gay ministers. Everyone is entitled to their own belief system but why issue a press release? He moves to a local baptist church; the same pastor that signed the papers as a witness to Stitzel's marriage to whoever she is.

The reason I believe - it's about all of this. Churches/funeral homes are a target to make all of this happen.

I followed some filings and saw they are connected to Karen and Clarence Prevatt. They officed in the same building as Umbarger & Stitzel. She says she is an attorney but only on the internet. They own Pasco County Cremation and Burial Society Inc. He posts the obits on his website for them.

Clarence Prevatt was also a Hillsborough Commissioner convicted of 10 counts of tax evasion and fraud in 1975. I can't tell if he went to jail; maybe just paid some money back.

You are fine; heck - this is what they wanted when they posted on the internet. Barnhill looks like a photoshop trickery. I wish someone would verify this is what Stitizel really looks like. I keep thinking of him hanging out with people who put boats in their yard and post these ridiculous coded messages. It's absolutely goofy.

The coded messages made my head spin, and I'm not kidding. <grin> If you have truly sleuthed your way into busting up a criminal ring that includes duckhunters, some LE group or insurance company needs to hire you!

When there is a trial, I'm going to try my hardest to spend a couple of days in Plant City just to see these people. Right now, though, the place gives me the creeps.

It's like they have their own little world and probably don't appreciate anyone poking around in their business.

Better yet, why not give him the link to this site and let him come on and review the material and see what he has to offer? There's a link there so you can ask him yourself. At least DM is aware of the site, knows what is being said, and has the opportunity to respond.
Again, I believe these are 2 different people and now they appear to be in 2 different firms. 2 different birthdates, 2 different places of birth, 2 different schools attended, 2 different entrances to the bar (you know you have to show credentials to get into the Florida bar). 2 different sets of families. Similarities in appearance, but not the same person.
But I think it is a great idea to get them involved and hear what they have to say.

IMO that is a horrible opinion so please don't do that. You will only be inviting them to stir up legal trouble and taint the records we have found. They will take action to remove correct anything we have not dug up. I agree they are two differant people but really you need to :hand:

Here's another example of DD6062 selling property. She uses a golf club and a ratty suit to represent the property. Interesting how she speaks to international buyers. Unfortunately, hard to prove she's not selling the ratty suit. Like an international buyer is going to pay taxes and shipping for a $20 used jacket and skirt. A 2 Petite no less; don't think it's her suit unless from her teenage years.

The picture was taken on 11/06/09. Abraham wasn't reported missing until 11/09/09.
