If Abraham died between April 6-7, 2009, then how could there be an amended answer of the Garnishee over a month after he died?

I think I would like to go to the courthouse and read that Amended Answer. As per that link, Abraham didn't have an attorney to answer for him.
Is this another one of those that I have backwards? Isn't the garnishee the one they are trying to get the money from, Abraham?
And this may have already been discussed. If so, I missed it. Who is Reginald Hicks and what damages is he after from Abraham?

A third party who has been notified that money or property in his or her hands but belonging to a defendant has been seized by legal writ.

Good question.

I have in my notes that she made the post on FB last August.

From what I could see, Shar's mom became FB friends with DDM in July of last year and with D. Munguia in August of last year.

ETA: I don't mean to imply they didn't know each other prior to last summer... iirc DDM was among the first few "friends" on TP's account after she joined FB last year.

Yes. Their first answer was probably to list bank accounts. The second amended answer either corrected account info or maybe added safe deposit box.

I too am praying for Abraham and his family. I haven't lost interest, I do think some of the pieces are coming together in this 'puzzle' and I'm praying hard that DM does some talking soon so justice can be served.

ok....patricia was some how involved along with her mother..i just can't remember read somewhere be not on here...i think i'm right...but who knows...a stat and supplies, llc...

land owned by her mother was bought by dee/shar..........it is public record, in gulf county florida.dee dee has been a cash cow for this whole family for years.
the land is in shar's name....bought from his grandmother....

....i don't know about a cash cow....but i will say this..this is not the only property tied to this family and the properties have exchanged hands often....not only in gulf county....there is more to this story than meets the eye...but i don't think it was all dm's or let me say abraham's money...let me know what you find...

well i would not ever put an opinion on line or in this program........it makes my stomach turn. all the bragging and showboating........and it is/was all blood money.....now i ask what happens to the land in gulf county ?????? i think it should go to the victims family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes i infact do, shar met dee dee via shar's mother........dee and patricia paulson were doing somekind of medical business together........dee dee liked shar, i guess he liked her as they have been living together for a few years. but if you know, the medical businesses are very slow pay.....i know they lived together since 2007, maybe earlier........
now i would never ever introduce my son to an older woman....associate or not.for a woman who liked my son for a golden boy....but then that's just me.
if it smells like crap, looks like crap, well it must be crap!

Do you know what the plans were for that vacant land? Was Shar plannng on building there or was that woods going to be turned into a paintball practice field? I realize the land was sold to him by his grandmother, but it just seems strange in the middle of all of this he buys some vacant land for $18,000, much less where does a kid that age get that kind of money.

What does/did Shar do for a living? Or did Dee Dee take care of all of his financial needs?

i have no clue when dd met AS, and i was speaking in general as the medical businesses are slow pay , that's a given...and as far as dee dee being the cash cow, well i know this has been going on since 2007 maybe earlier.....as far as her being a cash cow, well i think it is crystal clear how she was a cash cow, she stole money from AS ....from what i have read and heard in the news, and on the sites info......

dee dee took care of shar, his mom told me when she came up in nov or dec of this last year, that shar bought the land for her, and she was going to put a house hold on the property.....she told me this at her yard sale @909 20th street last nov.
in the last 2 weeks she told me that shar was hurt, disgusted that dee dee had commited such a crime,,,his mother told me that he would not speak to her for a while for introducing the two....
also i thought this site was for sharing info, and mrs joy bell has spoken way out of line to me..........on this issue, again i am ot attacking nor defending anyone but dd.......and sure as hell would not defend the wench!
i have gotten all my info from shars mother......even though dd has spent many dollars on the family, this does not make them guilty of anything. i am sure le will untangle the web.....the market does not support the price paid for the land at 18 grand......maybe 6 grand.......i mean he carried the vet back and his mother took the caddy back that dee dee bought for them...an older caddy, maybe a 97

I appreciate the light you can shed on at least that one area of things. I haven't seen anything derrogatory said about anyone, just facts. I'm sure joybell will explain what she meant by her posts. I just hope you'll stick around and offer what you can and help us try to piece all of this together.

Susan, I was going to ask the same thing about Reginald Hicks (I found that document before I finished reading your post....after I pulled up the first link up above) I don't remember seeing anything on him either.
Also, Denise Landy. What's the deal with her? Is that someone who's been discussed? Sorry if I missed that one?

Thank YOU, I'll second that motion to "guitarman_fl" sticking around and continuing to post here.

In all due respect to any others, I don't think "guitarman_fl" has said anything bad about Shar's family, just postings some info to hopefully help us better understand how Shar even got involved with Dee Dee Moore to start with. It's a tough lesson for a young man to learn and unfortunately the fall out is far from over for him along with any others who crossed paths with Ms Moore.
