Random thoughts

A few months ago I was watching one of those true crime show, don't remember the name, about a man from Hawaii who dissapeared after "going in business" with some man who proved to be a conman.

Some things in this case are similar. This man signed all of his assets ove to the con, took a business trip overseas and was never heard from again.

Makes me curious if DM Saw that same show.

You guys know by now I don't believe she had a creative thought of her own in a long time. Her attempts at pulling these things off seem to have a track record of failure.

I really worry someone will run across this thread and admire DM for whatever reason. My stand is she does not deserve any of it.

Abraham's cell phone usage changes dramatically on the evening of Monday, April 6, according to the Probable Cause Affidavit.

So where was Abraham Saturday night and Sunday night?

Also... the video DDM made. In the article here from Dec. 5, 2009, it says, "Moore has a videotape that's dated April. On it, Shakespeare is seen reviewing footage from security cameras at his former residence at 9340 Redhawk Bend Drive, where Moore now lives, and talking about his problems."

Ok, the footage that Abraham is reviewing is dated Mar 28, from the best we could tell. The tape is "dated April." So why in the heck is Abraham reviewing footage from Mar 28 of his former residence in April? And where is he during this review, and when was the review, and why?

Probably. Plus he was in an "on again, off again" relationship with Butler until around Valentine's Day, iirc. Or at least, that was the last time she saw him.

ETA: The "escape" plan was not thoroughly planned out. If the video was recorded in late March, DDM was still asking him where he wanted to go. He may have been stalling DDM because of growing suspicions and may have decided to hang around a little longer to see how everything played out. And that could be the catalyst for his death in April.

You know, honestly, DDM could have been pushing the idea on him that leaving would solve his problems. THAT could explain the stalling/uncertainty about where he wanted to go. I mean, he seemed to have alot of friends, and all of his family here. Why would one want to go somewhere ALONE where they knew no one? I know some people do, but maybe he really didn't. Just a thought, and I cannot even guess to the thoughts going through his head or the reasons for certain things. All we can do at this point is speculate and share our opinions as to the whole story. Hopefully LE releases some info VERY soon so we'll have something solid to go on, that will hopefully take some of the confusion out of the whole equation.
BlueMermaid, if I've never said it before, I appreciate your posts here. I appreciate the fact that you can always locate posts to back up discussions that are revisited much later. You are a valuable source here, as is alot of the rest of you. ACandyRose, you are phenomenal to pull together all of the info you have. And thanks for all you offer here too! GuitarManFl & Finally, I've been reading the back and forth between you two, and I hope everything is smoothed out and understood at this point. We don't want to lose either of you from the site, and know that everything you all share is only what you are hearing, unless otherwise specified as confirmed with LE. The object here is shedding light on the case of this man who has been murdered by a greedy selfish person so that he may rest in peace and receive true justice.

If they do, then they are stupider than she is, and won't get nearly as far, if they try to copy her!!! You are right...she doesn't deserve any of it at all. It makes me wish that all the evil people had to wear a big sign above their heads, or a big black E on their chest to mark them as evil. Then, we'd really know who was safe to interact with and who to totally avoid!!!

I think they are just messed up on the dates. I don't think AS is reviewing footage from 3/28 in April. I think it WAS 3/28 and the media just got their dates wrong. This is a mistake that is made too frequently. We put the media upon this pedestal and think everything out of their mouths is gospel, when in fact, the only thing they're really trying to accomplish, is to beat their competitor to the deadlines with these stories....especially "breaking news". Maybe the media just never caught it. I'm sure LE knows when the tape is from, BUT if in fact he IS reviewing footage from 3/28, maybe it's just so he can be sure there's nothing on it that needs saving, and that he can reformat the tape/disk to record future footage. BUT that's not even the main question here, I don't think. The main question is, why is he in "her" house reviewing the security footage like it's still "his" house???

Unless maybe I'm off base all together and it has been confirmed that the cellphone video of him and the security footage is in fact from April. If that's the case, please ignore above statements/opinions!! :blushing::crazy:

Has anyone thought about formally inviting Merissa Green from the Ledger, or Howard Altman (I think that's his name) from the Tribune to see if they'd like to post here? Not even sure they'd consider it, and not sure if we're allowed to do that, but was just curious. It could straighten out alot of this stuff we're unsure about that has been released prior.

If a detective on the case can post here, surely a reporter could as well??

From the probable cause affidavit:

Page 18:
"Mr. Stitzel admits to preparing the document in which Judith Haggins signed as Power of Attorney for Abraham Shakespeare, although Ms. Moore and Ms. Haggins filed it at the Clerk of the Court on their own."

"On January 27, 2010, affiant along with Detective David Wallace of Polk County, conducted an interview with Judith Haggins (power of attorney for Abraham Shakespeare) at her attorneys office, being Larry Hardaway in Lakeland, Florida. Ms. Haggins stated Abraham Shakespeare asked her to be his power of attorney which was notarized and filed on 04/03/2009 with the Clerk of the Court in Polk County."

I have searched and made a list of every single court record in both Polk and Hillsborough Co for "Abraham Shakespeare," "Shakespeare & Associates," "Abraham Shakespeare LLC," "American Medical Professionals," way back in December when DMoore first mentioned it here on Websleuths, and this was BEFORE we even knew Judith Haggins name, and then I searched under her name, and found NO POA anywhere that was filed with the clerk of courts.

Side note, just a little FYI, nothing you post here is overlooked by me.

Oh yeah, the media can be wrong. Typos, misheard quotes and erroneous facts are a (hopefully small) part of media. Reporters are human and make mistakes.

But is this a video made in April of Abraham reviewing footage from 3/28? If it is, was that footage also on a tape? If so, they could be anywhere watching it. Which leads me to where, when, and why?

I find it rather suspicous her son was arrested for selling stolen property right around the disapearance of Abraham. To top it off she moves into deedees home, and is STILL running the company rather than forming a new one.

...i don't believe the video footage was made at redhawk....i believe he was reviewing security footage..but it wasn't live footage...that's where the date 3/28 came in....he was looking for something...i don't believe this was at the big house...could have been in the garage apartment on redhawk...but not in the big house...take a good look...i've watched this video many times....talking about "feelings"...i think IMO that this may have been one of his last conversations.....and oh how DDM tried to make it look good....you can tell by the way she presented the questions she was by no means a pro...at this...her presentation wasn't up to par....
nothing about this setting makes me think that it was filmed in the "big house".....

I don't think you're over analyzing the tape at all. In my opinion, there is something very hinky about it. For one, Abraham doesn't appear to me to be comfortable with Dee Dee filming him. Considering she was suppose to be his trusted advisor, helping him out and all, he seems standoffish with her.

The date of April was because that's when Dee Dee claimed she made the tape.

I hadn't thought perhaps he was reviewing previously recorded tapes but either way, the "03" month is pretty clear on the monitor so even if they were old tapes from the 28th, that would still show the video was taped on or after the month of March. But I still have to question why he would be reviewing security tapes, past or present, in a house he reportedly no longer owned, and Dee Dee, in the video, doesn't seem to have a problem with it.

We already know he was uncomfortable....by this point he'd begun questioning JH about DM & her motives & his money. Honestly, I'd think at that point he'd think she was "up" to something by shooting that cellphone video. He was an uneducated man. That didn't mean he was dumb. I'd think most people would begin to feel suspicious of someone once things stopped "adding up". Which from what we heard, they must have stopped adding up, because he was starting to question. So I can understand he felt uncomfortable and standoffish. Agree?
(And I'm not meaning to sound like I think you think he was dumb....let's not misunderstand me here. Something that's easy to do in cyberspace!!)

I believe that could be true about some of the media, but The Ledger is one of the sources that is reporting "new" stuff before anyone else does. That Merissa Green is doing an exceptional job on the case so far. I'll bet she could clear up alot of the confusion and questions here. Just my opinion!

...it's going to be along night....i've watch that video over and over again tonight...i need some help....did anyone see the look that abraham shakespear gave DDM when she asked...."Do you get tired of people asking for money all the time abe?"...did you see that look....another thing when i looked at the security video screen it looked like there was a outside door... the light was on the inside but it was dark on the other side..either way it would mean it was dark outside..and then they switch till there was 3 dark screens....then the camara went to the window and it was day light outside....and then look at the curtain hanging on the window....that is a bedspread or a blanket...the room where this video was captured...was not a room that was lived in...notice the night stand...nothing but a lamp... the bedroom furniture look like some mix-n-match stuff, and we know ddm wouldn't stand for that in her castle....the bedspread looks a goldish color...with a navy blue blanket/bedspread, i don't believe this would have worked for the Queen "B"...the man was upset about something...and then i heard him say to DDM..."you ready?" she says...umm...he say again "you ready", and then they talk a few...and then abraham says something that i can't make out....i know this may sound crazzzzy but i've been looking at this video a longgggggg time....and the room doesn't look big enough for a room at redhawk...IMO, also look at the size of the window in the bedroom.... i would love to know what they were about to do...for him to keep saying "you ready" ......mark my word folk...something is not right about this....Please Help.....and let play's pretty with each other....it's a beautiful day, we got are good health (i hope)...and we still live in the best country in the world....and that is IMO.......LOL

Finally, if you are then thats fine, but are you DebM? Just curious because you have been extremely defensive of her since you have been posting and you are getting a little agressive with the past few post you've responded to.

You still have not addresssed DebM son's arrest. I am not believing she was not living there while she was filing it places as her address. Also I posted way back some charges she had.

I thought, maybe in the affadavid it says the POA was filed. I assumed maybe LE removed it from public records, but I don't know. I brought up, but it was overlooked, the other documents Ambrose signed that day did not have the identify grantor section filled in.

This was my belief and point earlier. POA signed same day as back hoe purchase.

May I suggest to you, that you contact the main Detective on this case in Hillsborough County, with any info or questions you may have, he welcomes any info anyone may have to give. IMO, I have already answered most of your questions, (in my prior posts), to the best of my knowledge. Just as your log in is, wanttohelp, I too, only post because I want to help.
