She was very busy with documents this past 10 days! Bet there's more will show up in records too.

That was my thought....but I just don't know. Seems if he were actually missing, that LE would be announcing that he's missing, and requesting info on him...That's just my thought.

I'm wondering if maybe he's not one of the undercover witnesses as well. That's the only thing I can think of, as to why we haven't heard anything else about him. Either that, or he's a POI, but not enough "interest" that they're ready to name him....and hoping that by watching him from afar, he'll mess up and give them something they can arrest him for. I also wonder about Stitzel at this point. We've not heard anything on him in days and days....wonder what's going on??

I dunno, just lots of speculation at this point!!

Please forgive me if this has been mentioned before. One think that bothers me is the hole that AS's body was put in. DM's ex dug the hole, from what I undertand? I am wondering who backfilled the hole after AS's body was disposed there? If a person hand filled (shovel) the hole, wouldn't the cement have settled and possible sunk in the spot that AS was buried or hadn't enough time elapsed for that to happen? Cement seems to need to be laid on a compact and smoothed surface (is it different in Florida?)

I am not saying I think the ex had anything to do with the disposal of the body. I just don't know how the "hole" could have been covered sufficiently for cement/concrete work over top of it without the aid of heavy equipment being involved or several hands to operate shovels and pat down the area to compact the dirt.

No, not dense or too graphic at all....
They had said (prior to releasing his name) that witness dug hole for construction debris, then was called to backfill it. I totally believe he knew nothing about the deceit and crime surrounding all of it....I believe what happened, was that they put the body in the hole, put some dirt on top of it, and then threw in some construction debris. That's the way it played out in my head anyway (deperately wanting exhusband to have nothing to do with any of the bad stuff....)
At least he came forward when they started digging and told them what he knew.

Cool... I thought about photo album, but then I also liked how they showed the way I did them in that post late last night... oh, and it was also a "determined to figure it out" thing too lol... after seeing how wanttohelp and blue mermaid had used the attach thing, and it looked real good when attach open in front with the darker background area. Though, they aren't able view from "guest" point. Thanks!

And I don't think she is so smart. She is in jail, after all. I think she thinks she is so smart, but as soon as someone starts asking questions, it becomes very apparent she is not the brightest bulb in the box.

They keep reading this web site and calling praying for me. It’s sad we live in a world where all we mark down are the strikes against a person not their achievements and the lives they have saved.

Also, we may never know if those posts, claiming to be her son, were actually him or not... nonetheless, I want to write something for/to him... just in case... I'm sure he's a good kid who has been stuck in a horrible situation... one that nobody, let alone a child, deserves... my thoughts and prayers are with him...

Edom said Moore used Lakeland Police Officer Troy Young to intimidate him. Edom said he was out of jail on a driving with a suspended license charge and he didn't want to go back.

Young was arrested last month in connection with his involvement with Moore. Young, 42, was charged with unlawful compensation, which is a felony, and misuse of confidential information, a misdemeanor.

Polk County sheriff's officials said Young looked up license plate numbers Moore gave him and provided other help to her.

Edom said one of those license plates was on his Crown Victoria and Young had his car impounded in November. He said Moore got the car back on Dec. 15 and told him to contact The Ledger to ask for a retraction of a story that said he had filed the missing person report on Shakespeare.

Edom said he was fearful of Moore and agreed to the demand.

From what I understand from reading I've done re head injuries and any related personality changes is that, if anything, it causes a magnification or intensification of w/e person's former personality traits were anyway. As you point out, DM was wretched prior to the accident... what's her excuse for that? Frankly I think there are more plausible explanations. It's not difficult to imagine how someone becomes this way when parents eg continue excusing their adult child's callous, heinous reprehensible actions. Yea poor thing sounds like she really took the brunt of that in her Hummer.
