I am not sure what to make of the date mentioned. AS was burning CD's at DDM's house (is Red Hawk on the lake metioned in the article?) I think I've been reading so many of these stories that I think everyone AS ever met was greedy. Of course I don't think Mrs G should have been cleaning for Stitzel for free, it just sounded bad the way I'm reading the article. JMO.

No, Redhawk Bend is in Lakeland, and is the home Shakespeare purchased. Walden Lake is a very nice (very huge) subdivision in Plant City.

Susan1, I agree with you, No Comment would have been the best choice. Too bad it wasn't utilized. I feel sorry for these children, in the middle of a cess pool that they have no control over. Sad.

It's the same girl. She's just lying about her age on myspace. Just like everyone else under the age of 16, ages on MS are never correct..

As to why her mother would let her get dragged into this.. my only opinion is.. 15 minutes of fame... This is not what I would want my name attached to in any way.. My guess is the mother called the paper and said she and her daughter had an inside scoop.. pfft. It's pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Than the story of the backhoe from the press conference was repeated in multiple news articles for the next two weeks. But it wasn't until 02/19/2010 that we learned from the Probable Cause Affidavit that the "undisclosed witness" who used the backhoe was infact Dee Dee Moore's ex-husband, James Moore.

The ONLY time we learned that Dee Dee purchased the backhoe was in the 02/19/2010 Probable Cause Affidavit.

I added this below to the "Mini Timeline" today on my archive web site for Abraham. I went through all of the court documents from the Michael Ford vs Abraham Shakespeare lawsuit and transcribed all the enties whereas Ford was attempting to forclose (Lis Pendens) on Abraham's properties, bank accounts, etc.

Although this was in September 2007, I thought it was an interesting list of where Abraham had all his financial accounts, as well as the type of accounts, include which were in his son's name and what bank they were located. After the lawsuit was over and Abraham won, then Michael Ford filed cancellation on all the Lis Pendens orders. As a side note, remember it was Community Bank where Dee Dee was allowed access to Abraham's accounts as well as his safty deposit box.

Thanks ACR! I knew of these two times, and I thought that LE had made mention of a "receipt of purchase of a backhoe" when they executed the search warrant at the Redhawk house (maybe not).
Might not mean much, but in one of the many things I have heard in the last few days was, that PP WAS at the 5732 Hwy 60 address during the time that that backhoe was there, also told to me was that PP,s other son (the first one that she tried to get DDM with) was also there messing around on the backhoe. So I was trying to put a time frame on how long that backhoe was there from April 3. And I also found it interesting that PP had made that statement to guitarman_fl in reference to DDM "putting him in the digging machine and dumping him". Especially now hearing that PP was around the property the same time the backhoe was. Which also brought me to another question as to why didn't PP go to LE when this all came about in November? PP knew DDM was being questioned about AS and the missing persons case, again, as I before said IMO about JM not saying anything about the hole early on, just wonder IMO why PP didn't either. Just babbling, sorry all! Like I said, alot of things have came up recently, that I am trying to sort out.

Just another tidbit, since you guys know researching alot more than I, is there any way of finding out a serial number possibly on the sale of a backhoe? Is that a public record anywhere? Also, recently it was brought to my attention that that backhoe was sold and in AFRICA now! Does anyone else find that interesting? I do since there was mention of "how DDM moved AS body" and then the statement made by guitarman_fl in reference to the PP theory of how DDM moved the body! And now this backhoe in AFRICA? Just info I thought I'd share, not sure of the facts of it all just things that have been brought to my attention!

Also heard, that yes, this too is correct. Same girl. From what I was told the mother was going to college, and was going to DDM on a few different occasions borrowing money, and yes, I was told that eventually DDM told her "no".

Worth looking into, I have tried a few searches only to come up with nothing. This was another finding I recently had brought to my attention in reference to DDM. Anyone know anyting about this?

Now as nurses, scheduled renewals are every 2 years. So at some point during the two years prior to this April 30,2010. PP renewed and used the 5732 address. Of course alot of nurses are now allowed to use their place of employment as address on record but just some info I thought I'd share.
