All of these things may mean nothing and none of you may even care to know. But you guys are pretty good at fInding/figuring out things, better than I, and all seem to be interested in "the Know" of things. That is why I post. Anytime someone wants me to glue my fingers together and quit posting let me know!

Finally, the FIRST time the backhoe was mentioned was during the Hillsborough County Sheriff's press conference on 02/02/2010, but they only referenced it as "Dorice Moore arranged for an undisclosed witness to use a backhoe to dig a hole to bury construction debris."

02/02/2010 Press Release here:
http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/About-HCSO/Press-Releases/Releases/2010/February/10-043.aspx

Than the story of the backhoe from the press conference was repeated in multiple news articles for the next two weeks. But it wasn't until 02/19/2010 that we learned from the Probable Cause Affidavit that the "undisclosed witness" who used the backhoe was infact Dee Dee Moore's ex-husband, James Moore. The ONLY time we learned that Dee Dee purchased the backhoe was in the 02/19/2010 Probable Cause Affidavit.

Hope this helps.

Hi ACR....this isn't entirely accurate. His name & the fact he dug the hole was announced on Fox 13 Tampa Bay either shortly before or shortly after her arrest. I can't remember exactly, but I remember it vividly, since he was a friend of mine 17 years ago.....I had figured all along that he had dug the hole. I still remember his name in big white letters at the bottom of the screen. They never interviewed him, it was just a blurb on there about it.

You are BOTH correct. DDM was arrested 2/2/10. And Gee made the news conference in reference to the causes leading up to the arrest of DDM, shortly after the arrest.

Not sure of who it was I think maybe ACR or Susan1 (maybe not), but a few pages back someone asked 5 ? one of the questions was as pertaining to the set up of the house at 5732 and who lived there? Hope my post #936 puts things a little more into perspective in regards to that question.

I'm the one that asked the question. The reason I asked, was I was wondering if it was set up like a residence, you know, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, like a house, or was it set up using the rooms for offices?

There was this ad (below) from Craigslist whereas somebody was renting office space there for $650 a month. So what are they renting, one of the bedrooms as an office?

Can't speak for anyone else, but I enjoy your posts and I am glad you are here and contributing. I hope that if anyone tries to glue your fingers or tries to get you to stop posting you will post twice as much because the only ones I could see who would want you to quit are those with something to hide. Then I want to know what it is they are hiding and why if it pertains to this case. You have some interesting insider reflections, a unique viewpoint, that those of us who are outside the inner circle do not have and I appreciate your insights.
There are a lot of skeletons in closets that need the light of day and some dusting off. If they are ashamed now of what they have done, if they don't want their actions brought out for the public to view, guess they shouldn't have done it. And they are all welcome to come here and speak for themselves as long as they get verified by Trisha, the site owner, so we know it really is them we are conversing with. I would love to hear what all the parties have to say.
I would particularly like to hear from Howard Stitzel. He comes up looking very bad in this whole situation. His lawyer keeps telling the press he is cooperating with the police. Right. He has attempted to twart the police in their missing person's investigation by telling the detectives he spoke with Abraham in October 2009, 6 months after Abraham is murdered. He has "represented" both Dorice Moore and Abraham and then prepared documents involving both parties. How can he effectively represent both parties when he has been counsel to both? His attorney said his only contact with Dorice was she was his landlord when he had transferred all Abraham's property to her, borrowed money from her, and represented her in her divorce in 2009. I'm not sure I'd believe any more of what he had to say than I did of what Dmoore was saying when she posted here, but I sure would like to hear him attempt to explain his actions to us. He could try using us as a mock jury in preparation for when he has to face a real one.

You could be right on that. I just remember the first time I knew about there being a backhoe was from the press conference. I still live in "rabbit ear" world over here so I don't get Fox News. :-P

I also thought of the ex-husband when they very first started digging, knowing he was in the dirt business, so I wasn't surprised at all when I found out it was Mr. Moore.

I may not be correct in this. But the answer to your question of 5732, I hope I answered in regards to it did have an office in it and yes PP lived there. That I know of I think this add was more than likely pertaining to 5802. That address was set up as office spaces, as we know DHS was renting one of the office suites. DDM set that address up for the sole purpose of using it as office suites. Maybe the add using the 5732 was used mainly for the purpose of a contact? 5732 does have full kitchen/etc. but was not set up for office "suites". 5802 had the covered smoking porch, large waiting room, etc.

ACR, I think you and I had the posts in regards to the search warrant for the 5732 and 5802 addresses, am I correct?

Yes, you and I were talking about that you had read part of the warrant and was questioning something on it and asking if we had it to help you understand something. But I didn't have it and thought you did and that's why I asked if you could send it to me. But you don't have it and I don't have it and nobody seems to have it.

You ARE right about the purchase of the backhoe not being announced until after the charges against her were upgraded....2/19 ish. (when the probable cause affidavit was released)

Oh no, someone has it, but I can't get my hands on it, only the one time that I was handed it to read. Anyways, I am just wondering in regards to search warrants being executed on residences, do they always put the names of the possible occupants of the residence in which a search warrant is to be executed on? Second question, if they do put the occupants name in that search warrant do they always make a statement as to arrest on the spot of those occupants? If so, would that only pertain to "IF" the occupants tried to interfere in the search "to be arrested on the spot"? Just wondering if you know any answers to these questions?

  • #952
The only reason I asked in regards to the search warrants, was there were two particular names mentioned in that warrant, now in knowing that DHS rented an office space at one of the addresses, his name (as I can recall) was NOT mentioned in that search warrant. But TWO other names were, one was of course DDM, the other, I won't disclose, (but I am sure any one on here can figure that one out), I don't remember the exact wording in it, but just found it odd that the words "arrest" and those two names in the same sentence.
But from what I do recall, I took it as "if" either of those individuals interfered with the search they would be arrested. I don't know, babbling again. Probably means nothing, just some more things IMO makes a person think "hmmm."!

Also, just wondering if anyone on here is at all interested in any of DebM's input/justications on the business or postings?

For the words "arrest" to be included with a name, then chances are there could possibly already be a warrant out for that person and LE was anticipating that person could be at that address. So if we knew the name of that person, we could check the outstanding online warrants.

LOL, we could play this like charades... how many letters in the name? Any vowels. What does it rhyme with.
:-P

Sorry ACR, I'm just not sure of what I can legally post without getting into disclosing things I may not have the authority to disclose.

I guess the safest way to put it is, would LE put PP in that search warrant for any particular reason? There is no arrest warrant for PP. The deputy that was sitting watch to the properties January 25th early hours of January 26th, verified this person by ID and did not take that person into custody. I just found it odd that the name was in the search warrant along with DDM's, but yet no mention ( to my recollection) of DebM or DHS, when I believe LE knew both of them were possibly also at either of those addresses. Am I making any sense? And does anyone else find that interesting to know? Or am I just too suspicious?

I don't want anyone feeling like I am ever playing games. Susan1 made mention also that she felt like she was playing "what's my line with me" and now ACR says "charades".
LOL! I am just full of ALOT (you have no idea) of information and know things that I am unsure if allowed to post! So please understand, no games here, just cautious!
Also, may I add, that people (not to be disrespectful), that know things, especially when it comes to DDM, may end up under a concrete slab! I stated before, I'm not sure of who or what or whom to believe, and don't know who to trust. And that's another reason for caution!

One name could have been the owner of the property.. (DM) the other name could have been the occupant??? Maybe? I don't really know just throwing it out there...

It may be because she is Shar's mother. They could possible anticipate that she would defend her son and the house where the body was found does have her son's name as the owner. She is also the one who notarized that last Quit Claim deed, her son is Dee Dee's boy toy, so between the others (DebM, Stitzel) being there, it appears fairly obvious, even to a layman, that she's a lot closer to Dee Dee Moore than the others. Just my opinion.
