Assistant Public Defender Greg Hill said his office had an ethical conflict representing Moore. He wouldn't elaborate.

Moore, 37, was scheduled to be arraigned on first-degree murder and illegal wiretapping charges, but that was continued because of the lawyer switch. Sleet scheduled a May 10 status hearing.

"This is a very complicated case," Frost said. "It is very active. It is a possibility more people might get charged in this case."

Assistant State Attorney Jay Pruner said his office has yet to decide whether it will seek the death penalty if Moore is convicted of first-degree murder.

I'm honestly starting to wonder why no attorney can/will represent her. I'm starting to honestly believe that it's because they know she is almost undefendable. waitasec

She ran her mouth all over town, she was in possession of the murder weapon, a paper trail of her thievery that could stretch from Plant City up here to NY and probably back, using a LEO to help her with her dirty work, her history of BS... :loser:

No lawyer would ever be able to put her on the stand to defend herself, even though, knowing DM, she'll beg to be up there... just to have the camera's on her one last time...

I wonder if she's started writing that book yet? She must have plenty of time on her hands.. May I suggest a title?? "How Not to Be a Lying, Thieving, Shell of a Woman" or possibly, "DM, Untruthful Tales, Money, Lies, and Murder"

I hope that Abraham's family has a lawyer who can help them out with blocking DM from releasing a book that even mentions Abraham's name or story... if even in passing.

I just want to say you guys are great. I am the wife of Abraham's nephew and have been following your threads since he was reported missing. You guys have found out a lot of information that none of us knew about. Especially on Dee Dee. When I first started reading, Dee Dee was telling my husband that Abraham was alive and we didn't know what to think. After I read about the Lincoln Navigator and her fake kidnapping on here, we knew that there was more to the story. I just wanted to say thank you. She is very manipulative. I can see how Abraham was taken advantage of.

She can't by law. A least once she's convicted. Of course there's loopholes, I'm sure.

Ailene Warnos was "adopted" after her conviction so her new Mom could sell her story. That's what I read anyways.

awww....here i go...i just finished watching the video of ddm in court this morning,....is that the same lady that was arrested on murder 1 charges....they either have her on good medication.....are they have removed her mask, strip by strip....seriously...when i first saw her on the video...it was like...oh no look at that...she looks like a scared child...then i reminded myself of all that she had done, the lives she destroyed, the family that will never see, their, son, father, brother and friend again....and the other said of the family, ....a mother and father that is questioning....where did we go wrong...and dealing with the guilt on a daily basis...can u imagine hearing that little voice in your head saying...did i do everything i could, or if i had just known i could have stopped her...what about RJ...do u wonder what its like everyday for this young man....oh my heart bleeds for this young man...confused....that's my mother....but, look what they are saying my mother did to another human being......i really hope DDM enjoyed destroying so many people lives that she claimed to have loved.....as always.....GOD HAVE MERCY ON HER SOUL.....

before his death Abraham had made some personal plans which i cant talk about,but grandma discuss how she would set things right .abraham life was mark by obscurity ,and struggle but ending in being known all over the world,and the world wide web?
In miami where i live ,and work so close to people[ trade show] abraham is the most talk about,when i tell them he was my uncle "my mother's brother."

Thank you so much for coming here. I can only imagine how painful this has been for your family. Your uncle Abraham seems to have had a very kind soul, one that was willing to help many people.

I hope and pray that everyone that took advantage of him will be held accountable, and that justice will be served for his death.

Welcome. I am glad your family is here. I am so sorry for your loss. The posters here do not always agree on everything, but we all want the same end result, justice for Abraham and anyone responsible for his death or the theft of what belonged to him brought to justice. Polk County and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department have done an incredible job and I don't think they are through yet.
I hope your family gets a real good attorney and follows through with the civil courts to reclaim what is rightfully Abraham's.
And I hope you and your family stay with us and continue posting.

Interesting video of DDM's court appearance. I think that's the first time I've seen real and not false emotion. Her entire body was into it. That heaving thing was bizarre. I think she's terrified. However, even sociopath's have feelings....for themselves that is. DDM is upset and fearful for her own butt. She's only sorry for herself.
