Who knows though Tigergrl, as we are learning in the Casey trial, I guess some people may be granted the priveledge of choosing their own multi-million dollar representation that is billed to the tax payers.

  • #342
Just an FYI, when the margins get blown someone needs to go back and fix a link or something in their siggie. It's been happening in this thread alot lately. :)

I thought I heard some sort of reference on Nancy Grace the other night about a million dollar dream team....what's up with that???? Do you suppose they are doing it for the publicity instead of the money?? How can they let that happen if the taxpayers are actually footing the bill??

I am local also.

Tonight as I watched the Letterman show I saw Kirstie Alley on. And thought to self....self...she should portray DDM in the story that will inevitably come out on all this when all is said and done. Just hit me as I watched it.

HEYYYYYYY Kattitude!! I was wondering where you've been!! I was listening to an interview with Bon Jovi and I had a question about something he said, so I googled it. It took me to a Bon Jovi forum with posters and YOU were one of them!!!! HOW COOL :)

We are both locals and both huge JBJ fans ;)

And you hit the nail on the head with that one!! I'd not even thought about who'd play her in a movie, but Kirstie would be a PERFECT choice ;)

I can see it by 'opening link in new tab' (that's how I do everything).

She was cute and not so 'hard' looking in that photo. I know we all age and we all age differently, DDM just looks like everyone I ever knew in high school. Normal looking. Never would dream by looking at her she'd have grown up to be an 'alleged' murderess. JMO (I use the word "alleged" because she hasn't been found guilty yet. It's not because I think she's innocent.)

THat totally worked for me BoyzMum!! Thanks!! NOw hopefully I will remember!
Yes, I agree...not so 'hard' looking....but that's what 20 years does, I guess. She was also extremely thin...but weren't we all ??
Yep, totally NORMAL looking. Girl next door even. Very sad...a total waste of perfectly good oxygen.

I'm only sorta local. I am in Tampa but I am familiar with the areas that this occurred in.

The closest I've come to this case was when my friend drove by the HW 60 location while they were searching it. He'd just driven from South Florida and was wondering what all the commotion was..

Poor guy, all he wanted to do was have a few beers with me for his birthday and got an earful about some crazy woman named Deedee Moore.

It's okay, I've gotten him into other cases in the past. :)

Hey Kattitude! Same here, glad to see you!

Now what the heck happened to Iminuru? Another local I miss. Wish you'd come back.

We are all looking out for my husband's grandmother. She doesn't trust anyone and I don't blame her. I am taking her to Dee Dee's court hearings and in the process of getting her a lawyer. She is such a sweet and kind person. She would do anything for anyone.

I can tell that. Bless her heart. And you guys too.

Not sure if this worked or not...I'm trying to upload a photo.

A younger, innocent DeeDee. I'm sure she had no clue that someday, not too many years down the road she'd be locked up on a 1st degree murder charge. Sad.

I am amazed you found this. WOW!
What's really sad though is that I can't use any blonde jokes now.

New article.

I'm reading it now.

OH WOW!! Thanks BlueMermaid!! A new article filled with other NEW information!! (Well, not really new to us, but first time we've seen such in print, spelled out the way he has it there!!)

Someone 'archive' this link or whatever, in case it gets pulled from online. I have no clue how you guys produced some of the articles that were removed, or I would do it myself!

I'll grab it. : )

ETA some snippets from the article:

Abraham's half-brother helped him draw up a will on March 12, leaving his assets to their mother.

He was was alive on the morning of April 3. "He kept looking over his shoulder as we were talking," says Brown. "He said, 'bro, I got to leave, because they are out to get me. I don't feel comfortable. I feel someone is going to kill me.'" Abraham did not name anyone. Abraham stood his half-brother up later on the night of April 3. They had plans to meet at the Hard Rock.

...transactions, says Brown, were recorded in a big blue book, where a woman acting as Shakespeare's bookkeeper jotted down a record of what Shakespeare spent and whom he spent it on. The book was kept in the trunk of the BMW according to Brown.

...Brown says he was told by investigators that Shakespeare was wrapped in plastic, then a blanket, then a rug and dragged from the house where he was shot to the hole, where his body was dumped.

...He says he was told there were others involved in killing his brother and that there will be more arrests. Others, he said, will be arrested for stealing from his brother.

One interesting comment from myrock2save @ 1:40 3/17. Says they lived across the street from DDM

This behavior is reminiscent of they way Abraham acted on the video. Looking over his shoulder, paranoid.

Like his namesake, Abraham Lincoln. Man, this hurts thinking about what he was going through.

Bubba the LOVE SPONGE? Oh man, that conjures up some images, I tell ya.

LOL

I've heard stories about the guy that he's pretty much a jerk in person too, and a perv LOL . But believe it or not, there was a big controversy a few years ago about an on air stunt involving a pig. The press went wild. He didn't like the way they always used his real name.

He changed his name afterward so now it's legally Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

SORRY, I know this is OT

Yeppers. They said of the Redhawk house and all the cars: "we all thought she ran a highly lucrative home health care business."

Look at the banana guy and your avatar! lol

When Susan1 said "think Howard Stern" I kinda got the idea! I probably wouldn't like him, 'specially if he's into swine stunts.

ETA- ok, I'll shush about Bubba. His name just really stuck my funny bone, and I sure needed it today.
