Maybe you can bring me up to speed......maybe I missed something before, but what does this property have to do with the AS case?? And what do you mean by the BBM section above?? What arrest there is CLEAR evidence for?? I don't recall a Dana Moore being involved in anything to do with this case. DeeDee's name is Dorice. Am I just missing something from way back??

yes, dana was involved the the docs and the all the cedric stuff. the stuff concerning fraudulent titles.

richard land owns a trucking business. you have the strip of property, one owner has a parcel 3/4 then there is a 1/4 parcel. the 1/4 is owned by farkas and they have a citrus nursery there. the other is owned supposively by rd properties of brandon aka thomas and alumit. or whatever. do those people exist? you have to wonder. what i find extremely interesting is that the parcels are connected way back to "disalvo", remember them? all this is related to the problem of clear titles. is there a connection with moore/land/disalvo? it would help to have had all our threads kept, i believe we had found another rd trucking other than the store down the street connected to land.if your not involved with these people then common sense would tell you to remove yourself from the situation, the property and business.

It will be a parking lot for Delivery Trucks He is A Spanish looking man and i guess the Fence is to protect the trucks.I know there will be a Guard 24/7 it will be a parking site not a business and yes just the field between the two houses and where the paintball field sets now.From what he is saying.

I got a call today from the lawyer handling the case for the boys.He stated that the "rumor" was that i was moving and taking all of AS things in the house.We spoke and he is coming to take inventory of what is in here which is fine .But I never stated i was leaving town and taking anything that did not belong to me.Just want to clear that up..I told him the only thing in this house that may or may not belong to AS was possibly the washer and dryer and at any time he is more then welcome to come and get it..And that at the time i was told to use it it was never told to me who it really belonged to.Any how just want everyone to know that..

I know it is not in the house, it is in the yard, but I believe you said the semi also had belonged to Abraham. The house next door was purchased with a check from American Medical Professionals after Dorice had removed money from Abraham's account. And do you know where the money that was used to pay for the Caddy came from?

I remember in a prior thread you said that there was a lot of stuff in that house that was not yours, that you were just borrowing it because when you came to that house you came with next to nothing. Luckily, I printed off copies of the pages before they were taken down so I can find those pages and quote directly what was said. It will just take a bit to find them. So who does all the things you were borrowing belong to and where did they come from and when were they purchased? I'm assuiming they are all still in the house since the lawyer had told you not to move anything out as you told us earlier. By now your son has moved your things into the house as it was announced that would be done by Tuesday. You also said someone was going to come and take thing out of the house and move them to the Redhawk house earlier in this thread. What things were you referring to if not Abraham's things? I'm assuming again that those things are also still all in the house since you told us the lawyer told you not to remove anything or let anyone remove anything.

Spoke with DDM on sunday and she is having someone come and collect ALL her things left here at 5732.I know a lot of them will be going to the redhawk house according to her.Either way i will be happy that i will no longer have them and i will not have to worry about who it belongs to anymore..Not real sure what they will do with this Semi that was a repo of AS but it will be going as well.And it will clear up some things that the family heard.So all in all it will be a great day when they come get her stuff..I was also Told Not by DDM that The keys to the Two Story was turned over to The Detective Week before last Another great thing..

Here is one of the things I was speaking about. Someone was coming to collect ALL her things at 5732 and have them go to the Redhawk house. But then you said the lawyer said not to move them so all these things would still be there for the lawyer to inventory. You mention the Semi here as well.

And i as well have wrote a list for her to sign when she gets here so that when it all comes out i have as much proof as i need to show that i kept nothing...I have my own things I do not need someone elses..I thank her and the family for allowing me to use these things while waiting to bring my things here..

Here you say you have a list. So that is something else you could share with the attorney. What was on the list?

Ok just spoke with Mr Martins Office He is on his way to Bartow and They are having Mrs Miller call me.I was also told not to let anyone come in here and Take nothing so again i am made keeper of DDM's Things which if it goes to the kids i am happy to do.I will let ya all know what i find out after she calls me.I can not say for sure.They are the ones who bought everything that was ever sold from here and they got it at a very cheap price.My son is bringing my things and at this time i have decided to stay in this area when the lease is up i plan on moving from this house ...

And here is the one I was talking about where you are keeping the things for the kids. Also, you son was bringing your things to you.

I still have the same questions about American Medical Professionals, LLC. Why is it still being listed as doing business from a Bonifay address and not the Plant City address. You are looking at two different counties there. I'm no genius on this but aren't you suppose to have a correct business address listed and aren't you taxed by the county your company is listed in?
Is it because when the name was changed to Stat Nursing Personnel under fictious names, that name was covered under the murder scene house at the St Rd 60 address?

Also, has the company ever gotten the license that they were going after to practice business? I know Dorice had at least one of the two licenses because we had a link to it. But I am guessing that once the company changed ownership it needed new licenses.
Also, the way it was stated earlier, it sounded like Dorice just gave the company away because she didn't want it anymore. Was it given away or was it purchased from Dorice?

This is what is in here that is DDM bed,dresser,sofa loveseat recliner lawn equipment,4 boxes of atv things and all of these were purchased prior to her meeting AS.What is here that belongs to AS is semi,paintball field and from what you guys have stated i guess the washer and dryer..My son was not able to bring my things so he will be bringing them July 2 when he comes to get his children.Nothing has been taken as i posted i was told by the Lawyers office it was to stay here he said that again today.Miss Miller never did call me.Mr Martin did tho today..

No it belongs to me.His mother gave it to me because she had no room in the u-haul.It did not belong to DDM..or AS
