Yes i am angry.And i would love to say alot more then i am saying now but i will keep my cool and keep quiet.I do plan on going home joy bell but before i do i have a legal matter here that is driving me to prove i am not what has been said..I have been told i was ignorant and i want to show this person that i am far from it so when i have done that then i will be more then glad to go home keep an eye on public records and you will get the facts as i can not air them here..

It cost just as much to transfer it as it did to get my own and since i am trying my best to get away from AMP i decided to just get my own It will be here in a matter of days now just mail watching now.

well then you should go ahead and file for this disolution of company or whatever cause your listed on it.

i thought you said you plan to stay in the area, is the legal stuff your son or divorce? or something else, i'm assuming not business related since youve been doing deedees company for so long

That is the smartest thing you could do is get away from AMP and start your own company. I said this to your friends a long time ago when they first came on. I think the best thing you could have done was totally dissolve AMP and start a brand new company, no ties to AMP. Your friends had said you couldn't because of outstanding contracts and that seemed to make some sense. But I had suggested to them why not open a second company and when the contracts expire, has them resign with the new company. The other idea I had was just talking to the people who had the contracts and asking them to sign with a new company as it would have been in the best interest of everyone.
I'm assuming you have the know how now after all you have been through to start a company of your own.

What i am doing has nothing to do with AS i am trying to save my name as it has been smeared by alot of lies i have a e-mail that states what is really going on here but i will respect the rules here and not post it.But it does totally show i am simply being made out to be this bad person for revenge.In this persons own words.That is the legal matter i refer to not With AS i have done nothing wrong here regardless what has been said.My soul is clear.

I have told ALL i know about this case to the Detectives so I know i am good.And i say only what i am aloud to say..This is exactly what i am saying i feel that regardless what i say here you all have made up your minds as to what i am and what i have or have not done so why should i even bother with telling my side..

Can't you do a legal matter from anywhere in the state? Wouldn't your lawyer be able to handle it for you if you were at home? But if it is just because you like the Plant City area, I can understand that. I love it here. We are close to Tampa. Plenty of shopping. Still rural.

My first question was could i just change the name and was told nope the company had to die so that is what i am doing then i will be free to do as i wish but it will stay buried until then when nothing is done business wise as AMP it dies..
