Day four of lottery murder trial underway

In court on Thursday, the jury saw an hour-long video from an interview she had with a detective while officers were searching for Shakespeare. During the video, the detective asked a lot about finances.

The power of attorney form signed by Shakespeare was also a big topic of discussion

Not only is she full of razzle-dazzle, but she just HAS to put on her act for the jury. The judge has admonished her yet again for her behavior. She then proceeds to be super-smiley and ebullient until her attorney tells her to behave. Boy, she talks a lot!

So is she still doing her facial rodeo today?

I guess so!

Deputy: Moore took over lottery winner's bank account before slaying

Judge Emmett Battles interrupted testimony and recessed court just before noon so he could chastise Moore for her facial expressions from the defense table, which he described as her effort "to speak from that table rather than from the witness stand."

"It is not in your best interest," Battles said.

During the break, Moore's attorneys told her to tone down her facial expressions and reactions to testimony or risk being removed from the courtroom. She has been communicating with attorneys and getting animated.

Maybe there trying to convince the jurors that Colonel Mustard did it.

Or Tweetie :waitasec:

I was just telling somebody yesterday that her attorneys should have made her wear a suit or something more professional looking instead of that yellow shirt, maybe some library glasses or her hair up in a bun or something.

Today I take that back :banghead:

I wonder if the detective who testified about financial matters this morning was the one who followed threads here and posted every once and awhile.

Also, makes me remember all the posters here who worked to help trace Deedee's web of finances and real estate. Lbminnesota, among others, did great work.

On the missing posters, makes you wonder where they all went to, unless some of them are on the witness list. If it wasn't for lbminnesota we may never have found the 5802 State Road 60 house and the connection to D. Howard Stitzel and Shar Krasniqi. There was some really good sleuthing on those early threads here at Websleuths.

Dee Dee's attorney was being very condescending toward Abraham's mom and his mom didn't like it one bit. The attorney was trying to be nice but it came off patronizing. Amazing to hear that, during the last time Dee Dee visited her, Abraham's mom actually consoled Dee Dee after Dee Dee started crying because she felt detectives were harassing her. Dee Dee's narcissism really knows no bounds.

Anyone who is watching are there any highlights?

ACR, you are a true gem! I wish I had followed this case more closely way back when. Oh, wait! My life was 24/7/365 with another case.

At this point, my loathing for DDM has grown to an epic proportion. What she did to Abraham's mother is a crime in and of itself.

Not that this really matters, but way back when I was shopping at a Publix in Plant City and I literally ran in to (or she ran in to me) with her grocery cart. She and AS were shopping and she started backing up in the aisle in to my cart. She barely apologized as if I got in her way. AS didn't say a word, but I'll never forget it. Shortly after that he came up missing and I put 2 and 2 together that it was them.
