Hileman asked whether Smith worked with detectives so he could frame Moore and wouldn’t have to repay a $63,000 debt to Shakespeare that Moore had assumed.

Smith denied the accusation, and insisted he agreed to help detectives in an effort to uncover what happened to Shakespeare.

Witness is explaining bullets and marks left on the bullet after the gun has fired it. Microscopic irregularities show up on the bullet once fired.

That is what I heard her say. She first worked somewhere else that did work with DM and later on went to work for DM's company. I also believe she said Shar was related to her and that she was his mother.

She said that she observed DD empty her brother's possessions out of the trailer at a very rapid pace. She also observed DD bring in the boat near the slab.

She also testified about the "girls' night out at Abraham's former home. DD left, saying Judy's car had broken down. She left soon after, and, when she got back to the red house, there was a lady LE there who said she couldn't go in.

Key piece of testimony, IMVHO, was that when leaving the red house, DD turned off the security lights and monitoring system to save electricity! She refused to turn off all the lights in the red house because she wouldn't leave her cat in the dark.
