She took over the AMP business before Dorice went to jail. I believe the business transferred in December 2009. I am guessing with Dorice it was in anticipation that she would otherwise lose the business and possibly to hide what she had done with the business records while it was in her control. That is just a guess on Dorice's motivations for turning the business over.

And I do believe that she told us that Dorice had contacted her while she was in jail after she was arrested.

I'll bet DDM wants to show the jury that this witness isn't "sweet and innocent" and her attorneys don't feel that making the mother of the victim's baby boy look bad is in their best interests. Just my guess at this juncture. :moo:

Discussing absence of child support payments.
There is evidence she admitted to abuse on the video.
Also, there is evidence she admitted to a significant break-up.

Yeppers, you're absolutely right and they may want to call her to listen to those jail tapes. That's going to be interesting.

Do you think that after her testimony when they started talking about the tape that she knew what is on the tape and she became nervous, defensive, and angry because of that during her testimony after lunch?
Of course, if she knew what was on the tape, she should not have lied to the defense.
Guess we will see in minutes.
If this is true, she has lost me now. She should have just been honest.

There is an essential difference between supporting a child and official child support. Obviously, DD manipulated that whole situation as we've mentioned before. She drove a wedge between the couple.

Also, I'm surprised that the prosecution hasn't asked WHEN the video was made. If it was made after Abraham "disappeared," he couldn't have paid since he was dead and DD had all his money.

This video shows more of her manipulation.
