The last two witnesses haven't wanted to accept the invitation to stay in the court to watch the proceedings. I would have gladly grabbed a seat, although I would have missed seeing Ms. Butler's testimony if I was waiting to testify. Guess it worked out perfectly for me. Hahaha!

I signed up for Livestream using my Facebook site. Now there are comments going down the side of the screen and people are asking questions and Tampa Bay Times is answering the questions. They are also putting up the names of the witnesses as they come up.
It was free to sign up for Livestream and there was a link to do it at the top of the screen we are watching the Livestream from.

One of the witnesses they list is: Tammy Rossner. Don't know if that is the one who worked at LabCorp as it only gives the name.

Was that you Susan who asked about picture in picture? LOL That is a great suggestion, I've often wondered about DM's reaction to some of the proceedings.

This witness really wants to say....huh????????????

DNA doesn't play a huge part in this case, for sure! Therefore, I am getting bored. So, to while away my time, I'm thinking of my favorite moments from the trial:

1. Any audio tape of the meetings between DD and Greg Smith, in spite of the headaches they gave me.

2. Any and all testimony from Ms. Butler when the poor defense attorneys were forced to try and impeach her testimony using DD's self-serving, pre-planned video.

3. DD's meltdowns, especially the one today when her lawyers didn't want to show her alibi video.

Anybody have anything to add?

This is tedious.

I'm getting bored too. I wonder if the jury is falling asleep. This is taking much too long.

Neither we nor the jury can see this report and I cannot understand going on and on like he is.

DM has more questions for this forensic expert. She is something else.

She's not crying again, is she?

Who thinks the case will be wrapped up by the middle of next week? I don't. Not if DM exerts more and more control over her attorneys. Which is fine with me since they will be much more likely to agree to her being on the stand after being talked to non stop for a week. I wonder which lucky soul gets to read all those notes of hers.

And if she does take the stand all bets are off when this case will EVER wrap up! :floorlaugh:
