Yeah but you're not involved with saving lives. He was supposedly have gone with 5 or 6 officers regarding this case. I think I would've remembered that. He kept saying this case was unusual and that in itself would trigger memory, I think.

Really though cant he tell what he has been trianed to look for and why and wouldnt that cover the limitation the court has to impose ?

So he would/could say ,I am trianed to look for spots like these ,in case they turn out to be such and such ..I would preform this and this on a fluid of the color based on my trianing.??
