A South Florida man convicted and sentenced for sex crimes against children came face-to-face with the family members of his victims in court on Friday.
Adam Knoll, 30, was arrested in September 2004 and was later convicted of repeatedly sexually assaulting two 8-year-old boys in Cooper City and possessing child
in his Davie home.
Before the sentencing Friday, one of the boys' mother and grandmother spoke their minds in court.
"'Sexual predator' is the only word that can describe the grotesque animal that committed these acts, for he does not even deserve to be considered a human being, or part of the human race, for these hateful and hurtful crimes against our children," one victim's mother said.
"I will see to it until the day I die that you will be known as Adam Knoll, the child pedophile," one victim's grandmother said.
