mother and her boyfriend have been arrested on murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old son almost 25 years ago, police said Thursday.

Blanca Pardo, 49, and Miguel Perez, 53, were arrested on Tuesday in the New York City borough of Queens, said Jose Caragol, spokesman for the Hialeah police.
