"Lake County sheriffs detectives have issued a Silver Alert for Alfonzo Green, 74, who signed himself out of the Leisure Manor assisted living facility in Minneola on Sunday and has failed to return.....
Detectives believe Green, who suffers from dementia and diabetes, may be attempting to get to Orlando.
He is described as being approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build and missing his front teeth. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and a brown cap.
Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts should call the Lake County Sheriffs Office at 352-343-2101 or their police department."
