Individual's Charge Report and August (violation of order of protection) Individual's Charge Report This is a long ago charge with the mugshot but it lists a number of aliases she has used in the past. Alica L Laychak Mugshot 1998587 - Alica L Laychak Arrest - Pasco County, FL. She's had a failure to appear before. Given that her FB was deleted in my opinion she might be voluntarily missing but I pray she'll let her family know she's OK.
