PS: This afternoon I kept thinking, Gee, some perv SO could have her in his house, in the closet like what happened to Jessica Lunsford. I think I have dispelled that awful thought, as no one could hide someone that long, over a week, don't you think?

I thought I read somewhere that LE had contacted all the SO's and had searched their homes, along with all the homes (trailers, whatever) in the neighborhood.

They could do that with consent, without a warrant, so it is possible. Does anyone know if it is *true*?

(I'm fairly new here and I hope that this case will have its own forum soon. It's pretty difficult to keep up with all of these threads. This is thread 21 and a couple of days ago I read thread 8 and by the next night it was up to 13. There's no way for me to catch up.)

Anyway since all of the people in this case seem to have a myspace and/or facebook page and a computer and cell phone I hope LE is looking at all of those to see what's been posted and if their cell phone pings can tell where all of these people were when Haleigh disappeared.

Unfortunately, I think the bio mom is a drug addict, or a former addict. The bio dad had a lengthy record for possession of BAD stuff, and the mom lost custody. That tells me crack, heroin, meth, etc...something bad. I think her circuits are fried. JMO JMO JMO JMO

It was stated on the rerun of NG last night, (sat 14th and rerun of 2-12's show) dad duped her on the custody by having the courts send her pprwork to a bogus address for which she never resided. I'm also on an SP forum, so I see a lot of the bs which goes on in custody cases.

He does look somewhat like Misty, but it says he is in jail so I don't know if that could be him or not, especially if she's seen him since her and Ron's been together.

I checked when I moved here and there were much fewer than there are now. In fact, I found that there was one who lived a block over and two blocks down and then realized when I checked the address that it was a guy that worked with my daughters dad! For a plumbing company!! He goes into people's homes. I told Livy's dad what I saw and had him see what he could find out. The guy LIED, because you know I went and checked the court sites. So someone then anonymously complained to his job and he got fired! Now he works for another plumbing company!! I'm workin' on it! :crazy: Are there no laws on where these people can work? No kids in the houses? I think that the employer should be required to ask the people if there are children in the home and notify them that they may be sending an SO over.

There are two at the end of my street (which is two blocks long) that live next door to each other and across the street from the park. Like three houses down on the street at the end of that block. Thank God I live at the far end of the other block! Are there no laws about the distance they can live from each other and distance from parks and schools?? I really feel like I have to do something about this!

I think you hit on something we all could use. I know I have all kinds of repairs folks, carpet cleaners, delivery people coming to my home. I think we might be wise when we call for services to ask the first and last name of ther person who is coming to do the work. Soon as you hang up, check them out. Find out they are a SO, call the co back & tel them you do not want this person in your home & let them know why. I would take it a step further & tell them I would not do business with them since they either dont do bacground check s or dont care if they are hiring sex offenders.

Yes she talked to LE, but after Craig had talked to her. Listen to him talking about how him and his crew looked up so's online....and how LE showed her a pic...and she said it was not him.....listen to the whole thing.

I call this whole thing BS! How many reporters have asked them if they knew of anyone who would do this? and how many times have they said they don't know?
If Misty had a visit from someone who molested her, and then all of a sudden the child went missing, there is no way in hell she would not tell that to the media....well unless it wasn't true.(nice try)
I'll stick to my first reaction, and that is the changing of the stories from 911 call on till now.

It occurs to me that the KC defense could be thinking, "Good! Another case to take the heat off our case. Between this and a fall court date, we might have a better shot at an impartial jury who doesn't know all the inside info." But if GA is going to be on the air repeatedly, then he's keeping the Caylee case front and center, which is not going to make the KC defense very happy at all.

To think I thought that was such a tangled mess with all the names and people in the CAYLEE case, this seems so surreal..........what a tangled web these people are in HALEIGH's case! :twocents:

Sounds like a lot of abusers in this circle ! Wonder if she is trying to pin it on someone since this is the first time it's been mentioned ? I hate to sound so suspicious, but it's my nature.

If I was a Mom who was "duped" and I had $$ or not, I would head down to legal aid if I had to and fight like hell to get my daughter back. I would not rest until I did.
