I don't think the real mother has anything to do with this. I mean really she didn't want either of these kids, or she would have been fighting like hell for them. She didn't even know why Haleigh missed school, she don't talk to them on the phone and she gets them every other weekend, heck she don't even know them. The only motive she would have is to get out of paying child support and if that be the case she would have had something happen to one of them when she had them. She is just emotionally not there with Heleigh, and most likely never was.

I don't have tevo but iirc cousin visit was very recently I felt bad for GA watching his distorted face about question on whether he regretted helping in a way that may convict Casey

In fact if you go further with the theory that Misty snapped and it resulted in Haleigh injured or dying then the washing of the blankets, the staged look to the door being wide open and the cinder block appearing on the ramp to prop the door open...kind of makes sense...JMO

ETA: And Misty is the last known person with Haleigh that we know of too.

I agree that Misty is a prime suspect, but how do we account for the fact that she has passed a lie detector test? She's 17, most likely not able to lie well enough to fool those administering it.
