NO? Yes? Maybe?
I agree that Misty is a prime suspect, but how do we account for the fact that she has passed a lie detector test? She's 17, most likely not able to lie well enough to fool those administering it.
:blowkiss: ITA........I think having a sex offender in my home would have been one of the first things I offered up to the police.
sorry, I meant to type Miller. Here is what I found on Impatientred's post:
Here is a cut and paste of what I read in the first thread. If I go to the Daytona Beach News website and go through archives for that date it does say it has the info but then it takes me a to a site to register and buy the article. Can't do that from this computer.
Thanks for the link to True Crime Report, y'all.
Here's a little snippet of info I discovered about Misty Croslin, the 19-year-old girlfriend who was in the home when Haleigh disappeared.

Suits filed [...] Lisa Croslin on behalf of Misty Croslin vs. Jeremy Miller, by and through parent/guardian, repeat violence
So -- when Misty was approximately 15, someone -- her mother, I'd guess -- filed some sort of suit against this Miller dude for abuse on Misty's behalf.
A 19-year-old girl, taking care of her boyfriend's 5-year-old -- someone else's kid -- and at least one other kid. A 19-year-old who may have been abused herself.
I don't know about you all, but I sure don't like the way this one is going so far
rats, I wanted to break the case. everyone here is so good, should have known --I am still wet behind the earsHe's incarcerated.

Right name, wrong state. Looks exactly like Misty, though.
And you guys are jumping on things that Geraldo brought to life here?! Seriously?
How often are the registries updated? Could he have visited as soon as he got out of jail and it hasn't been updated in a few weeks?
