Have been trying to come up with reasons why LE are not releasing any names. They have CCTV and must have a good idea about the whereabouts of certain people at that time. Plus possible pings off cell phones.

I wondered if someone took her as a form of revenge against someone close to her. Except, that doesn't make much sense because he started beating her when she opened the door and that to me sounds personal.

Plus the fact that this was a last minute shift change, so whoever did it knew she would be at work. Unless of course she was being followed.

In these kinds of cases, there is a reason we always leap to the spouse/significant other did it.

I'm going to guess this has to do with the baby she is carrying and how that has or will affect the life of another adversely (in their opinion)

We see pregnant women beaten, abducted, murdered all too often. And it is almost always the significant other who is the perpetrator. Until LE names a POI there isn't much else that can be said on that topic.

Personally, I think LE wants to get him into custody before announcing he is their POI/suspect.

From the discussion elsewhere, she has a great support system of people who aren't going to give MDPD a moments peace until she's located.

It's Miami-Dade, though. Every ten minutes it's something.

Prayers for her family. I think it won't be long now before there is news. I think the LE presence is indeed related to her, the area appears to be one in which someone could easily hide a body or themselves. I think in this case both. :(

Watch Live | WPLG Local 10 | Miami news, weather, traffic, streaming | Local10.com

from the Livestream that just ended

apparently a family member spotted Andreae's boyfriend on foot in the area currently being searched. When confronted by the family member as to what he was doing, he responded that he was looking for Andreae and then took off into the brush. Family contacted LE, who are searching for the thus far unnamed man.

From her Facebook postings, they spent a fair amount of time out on the water. I saw a charter company logo on one of the pics so at the moment I am unable to confirm if she or a close associate own a boat that would require a slip.

They look like a happy family.

Cadaver Dog Alerts To ‘Something’ In Heavily Wooded Area After Boyfriend Of Abducted Woman, Andreae Lloyd, Is Found Nearby

SOUTH DADE (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police have detained the boyfriend of Andreae Lloyd, who was attacked and abducted from her job, after he was spotted by one of her family members in a heavily wooded area in South Miami-Dade on Wednesday.

[snip]

As part of the investigation into Lloyd’s abduction, police searched the area using their aviation team, ATV’s, and K-9. During that search, a cadaver dog alerted to something in a heavily wooded area, said Rodriguez, but they don’t know what it is.

He explained the area is so dense, “the dog could get in but it’s difficult for people to get in.” He added, “We have to rely on additional resources to see what the dog alerted to.”

her family is doing whatever it takes to find their loved one.

Miami-Dade Police found a truck in a wetland region of South Miami-Dade County Wednesday morning that they believe is linked to a woman who was dragged away against her will from a home not far from there early Tuesday morning, according to a law enforcement source.

[snip]

According to a law enforcement source, police had a man in custody related to Lloyd’s disappearance Tuesday night, but released him after determining they didn’t have enough evidence to hold him. The woman’s family, according to the source, followed the man and led police to the truck.

Good lawd. This is crazy. People are crazy. This poor woman was just trying to work and raise her kids. I hope it is her and I hope it isn't.

social media is abuzz but so far I haven't found any link to confirm that they indeed have located her body.

The cadaver dogs have definitely alerted for human remains per LE, but I don't know if they've even located them yet. Terrain seems really rough and marshy in that area

I just did a search as well and can't find a confirmation that it is her. From what I hear it's hard to get to where the dog alerted.

So like a metal toolbox that goes in the bed of a truck? Those things are not light weight. A single person couldn’t possibly have moved it by themselves. How could someone move that without help? Genuinely curious.

Carrying all that size and weight while trudging through brush and swamp that LE initially couldn’t even reach?
I haven’t been on SM so I haven’t seen any photos of him, is he the Incredible Hulk?
