Re-bumping this one. Needs some serious attention. This was someone's daughter.
Wow, here is a case that needs a bump for sure. This poor young woman was shot dead then left under a large piece of metal roofing. Someone went to some amount of trouble to conceal her yet she has remained unidentified for 31 years!
Boy, the reconstruction in NAMUS is quite different from the one on DOE NETWORK and certainly does not look like a white (or Caucasian) person to me.![]()

A man was looking for scrap metal in a wooded area and walked away from the pathway to use the bathroom. He saw a large piece of what appeared to be galvanized roof metal, and lifted it. He found the decedent underneath.

The decent had two sandals, both size 8 with an inscription \"Gitanoe Casuals\" on the soles of the shoes. They had a leather sole with a posterior side strap and a single interdigital toe strap.

Earring present in the left ear, both ears appear to be pierced three times each.
