The Seminole Heights area is north of Ybor City and west of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The area is burdened with high crime. It would have been a very tough place to be a homeless woman. She could still be around but hiding in plain sight amongst the homeless. She could have gone to another area of the city and frequent different food banks. If she’s deceased, there are a number of parks with retention ponds that could be searched.

I want to thank you for making this post. Ashley is my sister and today is her birthday. She is still missing. I haven't been able to get in contact with a detective on her case in a while because the original detective was promoted and it has bounced around to a few people since.

There have been no leads. She has not accessed her SSI or foodstamps. She isn't/wasn't the type of homeless to sleep on the streets a lot, but she bounced around from couch to couch. The last place she was living, she was paying $200 a month to sleep on a love seat. She was days away from safe housing when she disappeared.

Welcome Kara K. I'm so sorry your sister is still missing. I hope you can get in touch with the detective in charge of her case soon for an update.
I noticed that the NAMUS link in the first post of this thread no longer works: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
That usually means the person was found, but it also could have been taken down by mistake. Please consider contacting NAMUS and asking them to reinstate Ashley's missing person profile, since she is still missing. Her case # is 61126.

And who knows, if you contact them you may find out that she was found but perhaps you were not told due to the changing detectives in charge of her case.

Also, I searched and I believe I found an old arrest record for Ashley from 2013: Ashley Kramer of Florida, arrests, mugshots, charges and convictions | Arrest Facts
The only reason I bring that up is that the report says she has several tattoos. Her tattoos were not included in the NAMUS missing person profile. If you contact NAMUS and they say they will put her profile back up, please ask them to add her tattoo info (and if you can give them any photos of her tattoos that would be very helpful as well). It's easier to try to help find someone if we know she has unique tattoos and what they look like.

I hope you get good news the next time you contact either the detective in charge of Ashley's case or if you contact the NAMUS representative. Good luck to you in your search.

Her NamUs page is down. Hopefully she's been found safe.

Her Namus page is still up. She is not found :( Apparently the case # changed. Maybe when namus redid the website?

Thank you. You’re right, she is still listed on NamUs. I’ve noticed recently at least another instance where the old NamUs page has been replaced by a different one. I’ll alert the mods so this thread could be moved back to the Missing forum.

Correlation doesn't prove causation, but the case number change seemed to happen about the same time that I was trying to see if an unidentified woman was my sister. The UP turned out to be someone else.

Is there a thread here for your sister? I'm sorry you're having to deal with her being missing.

Do you mean other than this one? I'm not sure. I haven't posted here a lot.

Oh I’m sorry! I misunderstood. I didn’t realize Ashley was your sister. I was focused on the UID that was being discussed.
