Autumn Bardisa has been charged with treating over 4,400 patients at a Florida Hospital while allegedly posing as a registered nurse. Police say she stole the license number of a legitimate registered nurse who went to the same college and shared the same first name. Authorities say her scam came to light when she was offered a promotion and an internal review exposed Bardisa. Sheriff Rick Staly says authorities have no indication that anyone was injured or died under Bardisa's care.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said 29-year-old Autumn Bardisa, of Palm Coast, was arrested Tuesday following a seven-month-long investigation.

Bardisa is accused of posing as a licensed nurse at AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.

Welp, her actress gig is up...... what was her prior role? She stole a real nurses info but what did she do for work prior to stealing the nurses ID?

Wow, she got away with this for OVER 2 YEARS!! She was only found out when she was up for a PROMOTION of all things!! The review for the promotion discovered it, and she was fired by the hospital. Then the police did their own investigation which took seven months, then she was finally arrested!! I want to know the reason for her doing this. The only thing I can think of is she didn't pass the nursing exams and still wanted to be a nurse, so stole someone else's identity. JMO MOO

Wow, the names didn't match, she said she'd gotten married, they asked her for the marriage license, she never gave it, and then they just never followed up....?

Well, geez, she has two years experience, and hasn't caused harm to anyone. She shows up to work in a field that is desperate for workers and loves her job.

Send her to nursing school instead of jail. It will cost the same but have a way better outcome.

Well ... except for the deceit. That is actually a problem.

Put an ankle monitor on her and send her to a local nursing school. Once she completes it, put her in the clinic at the jail. Constant monitoring and guaranteed employment.
