Help find Ava: Baby girl missing from North Port

We are currently searching for a missing 20-month-old child. She is a white female, brown eyes and brown hair. Her name is Ava. She is missing from her home in the 8500 block of Alam Avenue, off South Biscayne. She was last seen wearing a diaper and is old enough to walk. Missing since around 10 a.m. More details when available.

Officers say a call came in at 11 a.m. for the missing 1-year-old named Ava. At that point, police say she had already been missing from her home on Alam Avenue for an hour.

On facebook I just read that she was last seen playing in a pool. That scares me more than the creek.

It seems so many times there is water close by when a little one goes missing. That canal is moving so fast, if she fell in, she would be far away in an hour.

Assuming the pool she was playing in was just a baby wading pool?
