Thank you for posting the affidavit. Yes, lots of details. Is Arya a serial momster? The section below stood out to me. I wonder whether FL investigators reached out to San Juan police to inquire whether any UID infant remains have ever been found there.

On 6/12/18 at 4:37pm, Arya visited http://cbs12.com/news/local/questions-linger-after-body-of-babygirl-found-near-boynton-beach. In this article, the reporter spoke with Boca Raton Police Chief Scott regarding this investigation. The article states the following: “Another piece of evidence that might lead investigators to the baby’s parents: her DNA. ‘That DNA can or may be used against the CODIS system they have in the U.S. to run that DNA to see if there is a close match,’ Scott said, possibly identifying a relative or maybe even her parents.” Two minutes later, at 4:39pm, she conducted a Google web search for “Codis DNA”. On 6/18/18, she searched for her own name, “arya singh”, several times. She also searched “baby san juan”, “baby san juan Trinidad”, “san juan Trinidad”, “san juan baby”, and “san juan Trinidad baby”. Singh’s family and heritage is from Trinidad and Tobago.

*First Appearance (@ 10am ET) - FL – Baby June (4 to 7 days old) (found floating in Boynton Beach Inlet on June 1, 2018. The baby was born alive & died due to asphyxia) - *Arya Singh (25 @ time of crime/29) arrested & charged (12/16/22) with 1st degree murder. Held without bond.
Using investigative genetic genealogy, a technique that was also used to solve the "Golden Gate Killer" case, the sheriff's office uploaded the newborn's DNA into a publicly available database, FamilyTreeDNA & was able to identify a close relative, according to Julie Sikorsky, supervisor of the office's forensic biology unit. Investigators obtained a "covert DNA sample" from his former girlfriend -- "a piece of garbage she discarded" -- and confirmed she was the mother of the newborn, Christoffel said. The baby was born on May 30, 2018, the same day Singh allegedly threw the baby into the inlet. They obtained warrants for Singh's cellphone records, which included GPS data. Christoffel said they showed she had been at the Boynton Beach Inlet on May 30, 2018 — about 40 hours before the newborn's body had been found in the water. In the days & weeks afterward, Singh's search history shows that she searched for news stories about the case. 29-year-old Arya Singh, will be charged with first-degree murder. First initially identified the baby's father. They spoke with the father who said he knew nothing about the baby. He said he had a girlfriend at that time who became pregnant. He said she had "taken care of it," presumably by abortion. Singh worked as a security guard at Lynn University in Boca Raton.
12/16/22 Update: First appearance on 12/16/22 @ 10am. Defendant present & in custody with attorney Michael Salnick. Notice of invocation filed. First appearance hearing continued on 1/17/23 @ 10:30am & initial case conference hearing on 2/9/23 @ 8:30am. Bond remains at none without prejudice.

Does that mean they are going with the 2nd degree murder & abuse of a dead human body?

If you know? He was originally just charged with 1st degree murder.
