Identified! FL - Belle Glade, WhtMale 7UMFL, 21-35, on sugar farm, Sz 10.5 boots, watch w/ 'L J', Oct'76 - Douglas Streeter

No way in hell anyone who knew that man would see that second recon and recognise it as him. I absolutely did not expect him to be white after that.
This is why you need DNA testing. It’s the most precise way to understand biogeographical ancestry.

His mother's obit from 1974 says he was living in Arizona at the time so that's obviously where he got the watch. Whoever killed him in Florida I'm guessing knew nothing about watches from Arizona and maybe knowing he wasn't from around there thought nothing of it. He obviously moved around a bit. I wonder what trouble he ran into in Florida.

In 1976, PBSO found unidentified skeletal remains of a man in western Palm Beach County off State Highway #827 near the Talisman Farms area.
