"A Quincy man went missing during a robbery investigation.Benjamin Wardy, 25, was last seen Sunday around 7:40 p.m.
Juanita Bell says Wardy had been living with her and her family for the past three months. He's her son's friend.
"I'm upset about it. He just joined the Open Door Church in Sawdust Community Sunday morning. He had a glow about him that Sunday morning. He seemed to be happy," Bell said.
By Sunday night, Bell said Wardy seemed nervous and had been pacing.
He's a person of interest in a home robbery on South Cleveland Street. Quincy Police say he was named by the victim...
Officers say they aren't sure if the disappearance is connected to the robbery, but say they do fear for Wardy's safety and welfare.
Bell said, "He has a past, yes he does, but don't nobody deserve to be hurt or killed. Right now, he's just missing. So, we're hoping for the best."
