state is requesting life, defence is arguing for a lesser sentence on the grounds that they assert he was mentally ill, was an habitual drug user and this impaired his judgement pre, during and post the murders, and that some of his prescribed medication also factor into why he murdered his parents due to the side effects they say he suffered from them,

It is being streamed live on Wildabouttrials.com TH attorneys tried to argue to have Life W/O parole off the table today after the prosecutors finished their testimony today. It was denied by the judge. His attorneys referred to him as a "child"...... Defense starts tomorrow at 1:00
