This is too hard to listen to with phone interviews! Tyler was premature 3 lbs 11 ozs. What difference does that make? My Daughter was 3mos early- 1lb 14 ozs.

They are grasping at straws. Both my sons were early, depression is prevalent in my family. They are now 23 and 29 and productive members of society. Neither one has murdered me...yet.

So now we find out that it wasn't Mom's request for the Growth Hormone treatment, it was at the suggestion of a Pediatric Endocrinologist that was treating his thyroid disease (which is also in my family...alas!). In fact, Mom drove him quite a distance to go to that very specialist. Mom also sought treatment for his depression and mental issues and she monitored it carefully.

The weight loss was most likely due to his drug abuse, I question the whole idea of bulimia presented by the Defense.

Sounds like Mom and Dad did everything right, unfortunately one of their children was pure evil. Hopefully the Judge will make sure he cannot ever hurt anyone else.

I missed what they said about him taking his Xanax. Was he taking as prescribed? I heard them counting pills but missed the reason for doing so.
