Q: What evidence did you have that the defendant planned on killing himself after the murder?

Heide: What he said to friends at the party and what he told her.

Q: What do you make of his facebook post about having another party?

Heide: blah blah blah .. i heard noise but it didn't register in my brain sorry. lol


Q: Do you have any evidence that the defendant ever actually attempted to commit suicide?

Heide: Just the one with the bungee cord

Q: If he does in fact APD or psychotic during the killing, what is he going to be like when he gets out of prison after being in for a long time?

Heide: Would want to see how he does over the years... and blah blah blah

Q: And the evidence you relied upon that he was drunk and on estcacy came from him, any other evidence besides from the defendant himself?

Heide: NO, just from what he said
