RIDGE MANOR, Fla. — The search is on for a woman who has medical conditions that need attention, deputies say.

Bonnie Poulsen, 64, last was seen around noon Monday from her home on Cedarfield Drive, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office. Deputies are searching an area in the Whispering Oaks subdivision.

She is 4-feet, 11-inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has brown/blonde hair with brown eyes. Poulsen is believed to be wearing a dark shirt with a flower print, black Spandex pants and flip-flop sandals.

There has been a possible sighting of Bonnie Poulsen from earlier today near U.S. 301 and the Whispering Oaks subdivision in Ridge Manor. It appeared she was attempting to hitchhike southbound on U.S. 301. We're asking all residents to keep an eye out for Ms. Poulsen.

Bonnie Poulsen was last seen on 08-26-19 at approximately 12:15 p.m., when she walked away from her residence located on Cedarfield Drive, in Ridge Manor.

The search for Ms. Poulsen is currently centered in the area of the Whispering Oaks subdivision in Ridge Manor.

Ms. Poulsen suffers from medical conditions that require immediate attention.

Ms. Poulsen’s physical description is as follows:
White Female

Height – 4’11”
