If he’s endangered why was he out at 2:30am? Did he elope and family was unaware? Were there other people with him? Or is that when he was seen on camera?

OCSO: Investigating body found behind residences

Officials with the Okaloosa County Sherriff’s Office are investigating a body of a young man that was reportedly found floating in the water approximately 15-20 feet offshore behind residences on Beachview Drive in Fort Walton Beach.
