He has some extensive court history in St. Lucie County, going back many years but mostly vehicular in nature. All cases have been settled but for one. It's a large civil suit filed in 2022 in which he is named as a defendant. Alledgedly he owned a vehicle driven by another party (also named in suit) who driving at a high rate of speed hit and seriously injured someone (injuries including alledged traumatic brain injury) The jury trial for April was cancelled due to the attorney for the plaintiff being unavailable, looks like they are tring to reschedule.
